There was only one day in the New Year. No one was settled until 14 o'clock, but then they allocated a room on the 62nd floor, but they began to drag out the time for 15-20 minutes. To a direct question, when they would settle in, they offered to wait another hour. OK, let's go have lunch, we're coming back. The room is not ready, there is only on the 17th floor (out of 72). After the refusal, they replaced the room on the 59th floor, but again asked to wait. As a result, we settled in only at 17 o'clock, we almost didn't have time to rest before NG. The rooms are nice, new, there is a bar, a kettle. The view of the city is excellent. Outdoor swimming pool in the annex on the 12th floor.

We drove into a dirty room, there was a mountain of garbage in the kitchen closet. Not a complete set of cosmetics, towels. There was hair in the bathroom, a wet used towel on the floor. Insanely stained glass in the room, the meaning of this room with a beautiful view was lost. A very long wait for elevators.
Great pool, good breakfasts. I was congratulated on my birthday with a cake, thank you!
But honestly.....much more was expected from a 4-star hotel in Dubai!

We lived on the 62nd floor, a gorgeous view from the window. The hotel is clean and beautiful. Friendly staff. Good breakfasts. The location of the hotel is convenient.

A great hotel, the room was surprised by the presence of a mini-uhni. Excellent view of Burjhalifa (ask for a view separately at the reception when registering). But! Dirty windows, it would be possible to wash.

The best and highest hotel in the world. I advise everyone to have a pool on the 12th floor and a room on the 65th floor🤗😘😋🤩
