One of the advantages: a very beautiful place, convenient location both in relation to the sea, and in relation to shops and coffee. The rooms were cleaned every day, the guys did their job with dignity. Of the cons: tired furniture, but I will answer that the hotel is currently working on its elimination (slowly but surely they are beginning to replace the old with a new one). The kitchen is monotonous, there is not much choice. In addition, long queues are created for the distribution due to the slow work of the chefs. The waiters are slow, they don't keep things clean. Wi-Fi is available only in the main building. There is a suspected swimming pool. In general, we are satisfied with the rest. All the disadvantages fade against the background of the sea and the surrounding nature.
A great hotel, we stayed in it for the second time. This time we went in November.
Among the advantages: the best location right in the center of Naama Bay, a good beach with lots of sun beds, a pleasant atmosphere in the hotel, a friendly guest relations manager Katerina, daily high-quality cleaning, bartenders and waiters are always ready to help.
Among the disadvantages: the toilet in room 1135 leaked, monotonous food (we rested for 11 nights), scant animation in the evenings (perhaps due to the off-season), it is too cool in the lobby due to the air conditioner, the room has "tired" furniture and bed linen.
We liked it, I repeat, we will come here again!
The beach is sandy, you can walk without "coral", the sunbeds are not the first youth, but still strong. The beach is equipped with showers and a changing room. The beach bar serves both Gazala Bichi and Gazala Garden guests, although they will have to go to their hotel to eat ice cream. The territory, cuisine, drinks, and rooms in Gazala Garden are many times better than in Gazala Beach. There is also animation every evening, Saturday, Wednesday concert. One of the disadvantages: there are no Russian books in the library, I personally brought seven detectives and left them there, you need to cross the motorway to the sea. The hotel is located next to civilization, a minute walk from the Fix Price. By the way, there are two of them, the second one is a ten-minute walk away.currency exchange office near the entrance to Gazala Garden
I've been wanting to write a review about the hotel for a long time. We had a rest in January 2024. The territory of the hotel is very beautiful - rivers, backwaters, bridges, butterflies, birds. Nice heated swimming pool. There is even a makeshift beach with sand and paddles. The rooms are spacious, but tired, and need to be updated. The biggest disadvantage is nutrition. The chef did a great job, he tried to make a candy from a minimum of products. I especially liked the cream soup from zucchini - it's a bomb, I ate three plates at once. I would like to express my special gratitude to Chef Mario, always a very kind, friendly young man. If there were not enough tomatoes, and I love them very much, I immediately brought them and updated the plates. I appeal to the management, add normal cheeses to the diet! It was impossible to eat pasta, what kind of pasta without cheese!!! Meat was given very little. The sweet table is ugly - there is not much choice, from the word at all. The staff is nice and friendly. There is no animation in the hotel, there is in Gazala Beach, we went there, it's not bad. The beach is great, 5 min. across the street. The location of the hotel is good, everything is nearby. The alcohol is local, the spirits are not very strong, especially their vodka, the roof flew right away😆 Bo bo was in the morning, I warn you, it's better not to drink.
The wine is not bad, but too weak, possibly diluted. Overall, I liked it if there are changes with the food, I heard that there are already improvements. I recently became a travel agent myself, I send people to you, I hope all my tourists will be satisfied.
The location is very good and to the sea and the boulevard where everyone walks and buys everything.the rooms are so - so .but the repairs were carried out in January 2025. The beach is very good. the entrance is excellent compared to other hotels. There are no carals. There are a couple , but they are dead , but there are fish .walking on the beach and swimming are allowed everywhere and on the territory of other hotels.but by 18, everyone is kicked out of the sea, it's forbidden to swim because predators come out
The territory of the hotel is cool, everything is thought out. There are rooms with direct access from the room to the pool, there is a sandy beach by the pool. The location of the hotel in Naama Bay is good, close to the street of shops and restaurants. The beach at the hotel is one of the best in the bay: a large beach line, sandy entrance.
We had a rest in November of the 24th year. A good hotel, on a solid 4, the rooms are not new, but quite decent for living, good territory, normal food. The main sea is warm and beautiful, with its own beach. Special thanks to Katyusha, she helped solve all issues, as a guardian angel protected and gave advice
It was my 14th trip to Sharm el Sheikh, I really like this resort.
I had a vacation in Nabq, Sharks Bay, Ras Nasreni. This time I decided to take a tour to Naama Bay, the choice fell on the Ghazala Gardens 4* hotel.
Upon arrival, the room was given in a building near a Mexican restaurant. The room is dirty, tired renovation, furniture and plumbing. The TV and refrigerator were not working. The reception was contacted twice, but there was no reaction.
The water pressure is weak, but as it turned out later, we were lucky, the other guests did not have hot water from time to time.
Very poor nutrition, bland and tasteless. I did not expect delicacies in the form of lobsters, red fish, shrimps. Potatoes, pasta, cabbage and one piece (20-30 g) of poultry or fish. There was a shawarma and pizza on the street, waiting in line for at least 15 minutes. And this is "all inclusive"....
There were always not enough tea and coffee mugs in the restaurant, so we had to wait. It's the same story with spoons. I didn't drink coffee, it's instant. Tea in a teapot - in tea bags, repeatedly poured with boiling water. Paper napkins, one in each hand. Drinks at the bar are in disposable 100g cups. The bartenders and waiters asked for $4 for cocktails using the "all inclusive" system.
When we arrived, only the Mexican restaurant was open from the a la carte restaurants. They immediately offered to buy a seafood plate for $10. We didn't take any chances. We ordered salad, soup and fajitas. The waiter refused the desserts, citing their absence, although they were on the menu.
The portions are good, the names are Mexican, the taste is far from Mexico. You can eat, it's a little tastier than in the main restaurant.
The beach is across a busy road and Ghazala Beach, at least 8-10 minutes at a good pace. After 9 a.m., free deck chairs were available.
Entering the sea - sand, oil stains on the shore. There is an un-equipped boat parking in front of Ghazala beach, hence the spots.
There is a half-dead small piece of reef in the sea. The variety of fish is extremely small: surgeon, needle, butterflies and blue fish.
The beach bar is paid. There are free drinks in the white booth, they are poured into disposable 100ml cups, the queue is constantly throughout the day. I asked for water, but it was refused, out of stock. Sour beer, Fanta, sprite, cola, local gin (as the only alcohol in the bar).
The attitude of the staff was also not pleased, there were several unpleasant situations. You don't feel like a guest, all the attention is on vacationers from the European Union and on girls with good cleavage.
The hotel does not match the description and the stated parameters at all.
In my opinion, only the territory of the hotel is suitable for 4*. Rooms, restaurants, service - solid 2*.
It is suitable for active tourists who do not plan to stay in a hotel or on the beach.
I'll try to be objective, in hot pursuit. We returned yesterday.
This is your first time. On the advice of the agent, I chose the Garden (Beach, first) for the entrance bay and the sand. Justified 👌
By the hotel. The cleanest area, a lot of service
The staff is constantly being swept and cleaned. The staff is friendly, even the cleaners say hello and ask how you are.
Meal. There are a lot of things. Vegetables, fruits, meat, pastries are delicious, and the breakfasts are great. Since there are a lot of people, there are queues. Alcohol is normal locally. About the staff. Although, she herself condemned it, but... Don't skimp on tipping. Your vacation will be much more comfortable, believe me)))
Everything in the hotel is within walking distance, the Naama is 2 minutes away, the beach is 5) Mango market is nearby, ATMs at the hotel.
I would like to mention Katya separately! 🥰. During our arrival, Katya replaced Sarah from the Beach. A very friendly person! He tells you where to go, what to see, how to cut the price))) All questions, just through her!!! And thank her so much for that.🙏💕
What else))) the water was hot in the room, the TV didn't work for everyone for a couple of days)))))
And... the meat, yes, is served in portions, but no one forbids it, come again!!!
There are 2 small reefs on the beach. This is my first time in Egypt, and it was interesting for me.
Will I come back? - definitely! Both to the country and to the hotel! Ardent greetings to Mamadou (guided tours, working on the beach, cool))) t to the waiter from the bar, Mahmoud!!!! And of course, Katya! I'll miss you. And to everyone we talked to!!!!!! Without you, vacation would be more boring! 🥰🥰🥰🥰
I want to tell you objectively about the pros and cons - I hope the review will help vacationers not to have unnecessary expectations.
First of all, I would like to note that 4* in Egypt and 4*, for example, in Russia, are completely different conditions. For correction, you can immediately rent 1 star from Egyptian hotels.
The hotel as a whole is normal, if you don't expect much from it.
So, the pros:
- upon arrival, they checked into a room with a disco under the windows, asked for a quieter room - they replaced it without any problems, and, quite strangely for Egypt, the Bakr employee refused the money in gratitude
- the staff is pleasant, they try their best, no one has asked me for money during my entire stay at the hotel.
- very beautiful territory - all in pools, bridges, canals;
- nice beach, fine sand, gentle smooth approach. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the beach through a hotel of the same chain - Gazala Beach. The road to the beach is smooth, with no height difference, and you won't have to go back up the hill.
- From the hotel, you can go for a wonderful walk along Naama Bay or take a 5-pound taf-taf (local minibuses) to the Old Town.
- the room has a comfortable, rather hard bed
Minuses:
- the condition of the rooms leaves much to be desired - everything is broken, scratched, rusty - in general, battered
- the refrigerator was not working in my room and there was no hair dryer at all; the hair dryer was brought on the third day after repeated requests, but the outlet in the bathroom was not working, and all the outlets in the room were far from the mirror, drying blindly
- the bathtub in my room was painted with some very slippery paint - on the first day I fell into I hit her on the back foot, then I was extremely careful.
- the hygiene products in the room were originally shower gel and shampoo in large bottles. I left tips, so on the third day, hotel bottles of conditioner, shampoo, gel, and even a bar of soap appeared in my room!
- the textiles are old, yellow, but they seem to be clean. I haven't had my bedclothes changed in 10 days.
- alcohol is strange...I'm not a fan, but sometimes I can drink sour whiskey, so they put only whiskey and soda in this cocktail, to the question "where is sour? Lemon, lime, lemon juice?" spread your hands))
- the coffee is bad - it's made of powder, I've seen it refilled more than once - instant coffee and instant milk
- the food is rated "normal" - you can always choose something, but the meat is served in portions and just a little bit
- they don't put water in the room, you take it yourself at the bar
- there was a strange painting hanging over my bed - it reminded me of a couple of horsemen of the apocalypse, and everything would be fine, but it hung frankly on snot, so waking up might not be pleasant.
In general, if you, like me, only sleep in a hotel, then Gazala Garden will do, but if the hotel is an important and significant part of your vacation, I do not recommend it.
Wonderful hotel, price, quality, beef daily! Compared to other hotels in Charm, this is a real top. The rooms are of course dead, but that's not the main thing, the location is great.
We have been staying at this hotel since 12/22/2024
The hotel as a whole is not bad, but the room stock is old, the plumbing is terrible, the water barely runs 1625, there is no warm water, it is not possible to wash, it is cool. The TV doesn't show at all. The hair dryer is new.
The territory is good, there is a lot of greenery. The sea is gorgeous, the approach is good, the sand is fine.
But in December, of course, it's already cool, at night it was 13, in the afternoon it was 20/22.
There is a fix price shop next to the hotel. Prices are fixed in pounds
The hotel is very mediocre, the rooms are very tired of life, the same type and not the most delicious food (not suitable for everyone's digestion) I want to forget about alcohol altogether , like a terrible dream , but the staff is generally a separate conversation , they are rude, rude , they won't even think of doing anything without a tip , in addition to this, theft is flourishing at full speed in the hotel , so I advise you to put all things in the safe RIGHT AWAY!
We had a rest at the end of February in this beautiful hotel, we really liked everything, the food, the animation, the beautiful green area, 5 minutes walk to the sea.
After the rest, only pleasant memories. I was pleased with the food. The staff is trying their best. The rooms are old. There is no Wi-Fi in the lobby (after all, it is not expensive to make a normal Internet connection) in the rooms.
We vacationed at Ghazala gardens in July 2024. Quite a decent hotel for 4*, the food is not bad on the day of arrival, their national dish, chicken kebab, was fried on the street. Every day there were raw, boiled vegetables, pasta, eggplant very tasty, beef and chicken from meat dishes. Who complained in the reviews about the dirty pool, we did not notice any dirt. The rooms in the hotel require restaurants, the furniture is very old, they were in a slight shock on the day of check-in, but then they didn't even pay attention, because they were practically not there, they didn't even turn on the TV) they came to sleep! In general, I want to say that the hotel is very good for its 4 *!)
a decent hotel on the second line, on the territory of one large swimming pool divided into different zones. the cuisine is somewhat limited compared to other hotels, the choice of dishes is not rich. the beach is across the street, sandy, in a bay with the smell of fuel oil, there is no flora and fauna, only rare parrots swim near the buoys, in general Anapa).
At the time of our arrival, the hotel was "occupied" by "non-brothers" who behaved extremely defiantly, forcing everyone around to learn their dialect, the hotel administration could not do anything about it, I had to deal with education)

Pros: the waiters in the restaurant are very pleasant and do their job well. One of the staff at the reception is also pleasant, knows English well, and is always ready to help. The bay is beautiful, the underwater world is super.
Minuses:
To begin with, we asked for a quiet room, no matter what kind of view, we were all happily told ok, we were even ready to pay extra, as a result we were put in a room on the first floor, the entrance to our corridor was directly opposite the place where they put the music column in the evening at the "disco", the disco because of drunk guests it was often delayed, later than 23:00, the DJ went somewhere and the guests arranged their disco with this column, somehow around 1 a.m. I even had to ask the staff to finally finish it. At the same time, the friends who were vacationing with us lived in a quiet room, although they did not ask for a quiet room, there were still many rooms available in their building. Because of this eternal hangout at the entrance, sometimes drunk people came to us at night, confused the door, knocked, yelled.
On the very first day, we realized that the door should be closed with all possible locks, because it opens easily from the outside, I was changing clothes and some guy came into the room. Awesome
There was no "do not disturb" sign in the room and the cleaning came to us at 7:30 in the morning! They didn't give me a sign at the reception either. Although I first asked the man from the cleaning, he said OK, and did not bring it, then at the reception, they said OK, and also did not give anything. As a result, I asked for a sheet and a pen and drew the sign myself. This was the only way to avoid a cleaning visit at 7:30-8 a.m., the request did not help.
And in general, most of the staff say "ok" and then just do nothing. The universal answer to any question.
A double bed is two separate mattresses, two sheets just pushed together. When we asked for one common mattress pad or at least one, the man from the cleaning simply turned the mattresses across, it was impossible to sleep like that, the edges of the mattresses dig into the back, we could not offer anything else.
Upon arrival, the balcony was dirty, the light by the bed and on the balcony did not work, there were not enough towels, they fixed it carelessly, we asked three times.
We found a needle on the couch! Thank God they found it with their eyes and hand.
There was no curtain in the shower, we asked for it, but they didn't hang it up for us, we thought it probably should be, but then friends in the room saw that there was a curtain)
But they didn't have a dryer, everything was dried on chairs, we had one.
The water in the hotel is salty from the plumbing, when you wash, wash your face, wash your hands, you just feel it, then there is a feeling of film on your body and hair. The water in the pool is also salty.
Once I closed the bathroom door a little harder than usual and clouds of dust flew out of the hood, they fell in pieces, there were a lot of them.
They clean terribly, floors are not washed at all, bathrooms too. The linen has never been changed in 10 days. Towels were often taken away, even those that we did not leave on the floor, as they say, so that they could only be changed, but new ones were not put at all or not all were put. I had to run after them and ask for a towel. At the same time, I do not have high standards for cleaning, most often I leave a "do not disturb" sign and do not ask me to scrub and change something there every day. But not washing the toilet and sink for 10 days is too much, of course.
The pool is shallow everywhere, about 140, dirty. They clean it like this - employees go and pour something white into it, probably bleach, then this powder is lying on all the stones by the pool.
I always take a reusable bottle with me, so as not to use 100,500 plastic cups, but to fill the bottle and use it. On the third day of our stay there, the bar staff began to refuse to fill my bottle (not with alcohol, but with water or soda), without motivating it in any way, but it was possible to take 5 cups with the same liquid at a time ... very strange.
There are cool drinks by the sea only in the morning, or when they were just picked up, at other times you will drink hot water / cola)))
There is no normal coffee even in the lobby, I have not seen such coffee machines since childhood, the taste is ala 3in1. There is no tonic in the hotel. I didn't drink alcohol there at all, I saw how they poured it, it became unpleasant. They just turn the bottles over from the fool, everything gushes, pours, there is more, there is less, there are no proportions, wet glasses.
We tried a hookah once, it turned out to be a terrible hookah, so the hookah man also tried to pinch our change, he did not give it right away, said he would change it and bring it, waited an hour, reminded, then waited another half hour.
The choice of food is minimal. I eat pretty monotonously in my life, almost the same thing every day, but even in this hotel it was too meager.
There is little greenery. Vegetables are tomatoes and cucumbers. At the end of the vacation, I already took only beef, rice and tomatoes, and started going to dinner at a cafe outside the hotel. Once there were rotten tomatoes on the buffet, I only found out when I tried it, I was shocked, they turned sour, told the cook about it, he smiled and said "OK".
The dining room generally looks depressing, it's not pleasant to be there, you won't sit down much, you won't relax. It's dark, dirty, and the same song is constantly spinning in a circle.
Ala kart restaurant, in my opinion, is 85% the same as a canteen, except for soups. The attitude towards us was kind of bestial, as if we had done something wrong. We seem to be always calm, polite, we leave tips, we don't drink alcohol, I don't know what we deserve this)
Evening animation, if it's dancing / music, then it's there, and if there are any contests in the schedule, then it's very strange, the animators call everyone, we fell for it, came, took a place, waited, and nothing started, and then it happened with all the contests. Why call people then is not clear.
In general, you will not be welcome in this hotel, there is always a feeling from most of the staff that you owe them something, no polite treatment, and all paid services are accompanied by a feeling that you are being deceived, then they will not give you change, then in the end it turns out that the cost is different, then something else, and everything is always accompanied "OK" and off into the sunset. Here, many of your questions and requests will end with the employee turning around and leaving and not returning with an answer.
I'm a fairly unassuming person, it's hard to upset me, I've always had great reviews and memories about all the other hotels I've visited in 20+ countries. But here I just can't help but share this horror.
Theft is possible. The hotel is tired, the furniture is old, the TV is lamp-mounted. The assortment in the dining room is meager, but you will not stay hungry. The buffet implies that the food is at the counter and the cook will put you, for example, one meatball. There are a lot of cats in the dining room. The location and the beach are good. It is possible with children, but it will be necessary to solve the issue of food on your own. There are mostly pensioners here. There is no animation. You may forget to put liquid soap or gel in the bathroom, as well as towels. The beach is 810 meters away and there are two roads to cross.
On the plus side, the hotel is small and cozy, the kitchen is good, although the assortment is meager, the beach is good, but 500 across the street from the hotel, near the casino (is it a plus? Decide for yourself) and the Naama Bay area of festivities, trade and food. Sail rental is available near the beach.
Cons - the music is in the hotel until one o'clock in the morning, the staff drives it for themselves, as the guests have been in the rooms for a long time. Everything is included - very conditionally, only a couple of types of fanta Cola, local meager alcohol and nescafe are free. And the FS!
I really liked it. Most of all, the beach and the sea. The territory is in the style of ancient Rome, it is kept in good condition. The rooms, especially the plumbing, need to be repaired. The hotel is filled to a maximum of 20%, and that's great. Alcohol is of low quality, but the Germans drink it. The food is not very diverse, but it is of high quality. At an affordable price, you can have a very good rest. There is practically no entertainment for children. For adults, all the entertainment outside the hotel is very good.
Beautiful grounds and staff.
Of the disadvantages in the 6th building, you will have to wake up at the call for prayer -very loudly.
I ate with a C-plus
It's just an amazing hotel. We stopped by 04.07 departure 16.07.
Some positive emotions, all the staff are just sweethearts (regardless of whether you gave them money..
Breakfast, lunch, dinner- everything is always in abundance, came at the end, there is always enough food. There is a snack bar, a beach bar, several bars(4) There is an Italian and Mexican restaurant throughout the hotel (the tour operator gives one free dinner in each).
The entire territory of the hotel is in pools, which are interconnected and everywhere the maximum depth is 1.40 m.
Food that is all inclusive, for every taste, even if everything is already boring, you can find something for yourself. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, in addition to ready-made dishes, they can always cook something for you (omelette, meat, fish, pasta with any additives).
The whole area is green, cleaned every day. There are a lot of colors. 🌴🌳
The receptionist is amazing, they give out towels on the beach, too, all are cute. 🧖♀️
Almost all the staff is fluent in Russian. Those who are not fluent, perfectly understand the standard phrases and you can express what you need.
Room cleaning every other day, everything works in the room, everything is clean, yes, the hotel is not new, but it is so pleasant, everything is neat that you do not pay attention to it.
Bartenders always make delicious cocktails, for money they will not only be delicious, but also beautiful. You can always take a few bottles of water with you to the beach at the bar (free of charge).🍹🍸
Don't believe the guide, we had a BiblioGlobus, the next day after arrival he will try to sell excursions at exorbitant prices. There is a wonderful guide on the beach, Mamadou, who will offer the same at delicious prices, at least 2 times cheaper than the guide.
The beach itself is stunning, sandy, there is a pantone from where you can jump into the sea. Do not be stingy to take a mask, a stunning underwater world, many beautiful fish.
I will not say that the hotel has entertainment for children, there are entertainment on the beach, discos in hotels, but it will be difficult for children under 14-15 years old to entertain if they need active recreation.
Wi-Fi catches only in the lobby, but it's not scary, there is a cellular operator next to the hotel, you can buy a SIM card for $ 10, which was enough for us for the whole vacation.
There are many shops near the hotel, within walking distance. You can get to the old town by taxi for 50 pounds or by minibus for 10 pounds. All stores nearby accept dollars, pounds or transfer to a Russian card.
You can change money into pounds near the hotel, there is a bank. But!!! It is much more profitable to change it through the local (we bought 35 pounds for 1 dollar. At the same time, in a store where the price is in dollars, the rate is 1/30. You will also win) but do not change a lot of money to the local currency, they may not be useful to you, as I wrote earlier, they accept rubles and dollars)
There is a safe in the room, it is free.
There was a night check-in, we did not have time for dinner, the hotel left a compliment in the room so that we could have a snack and not sit hungry.
Never, ever come to this hotel. We had a rest from 08/24.23-08/31.23.The cost is for 2 110,000rubles.One of the advantages is the location of the hotel, there is Naama Bay nearby and the old town is 5 minutes by taxi. The sea is quiet and transparent, there are fish and carals. That's all the advantages.
The food is monotonous and not tasty.According to the type of dining room, you go with a tray and put it on. Meat and chicken are put in portions, no more than two wings per person.I asked for more, and they put in another chicken bone. Meat is like a sole, tasteless. The juice is diluted so much that it looks like water with a taste of something.Melon is made from fruits and not always grapes. The alcohol is all local and diluted to the point of horror. You definitely won't drink. There is one bar, next to the reception, and there they will give you a small plastic cup in your hands, large glasses can only be drunk on the bar.Cocktails for $ 4, free only cola or sprite, in a very small glass. There is not always ice!!!
The rooms are all old and dead that there will be no desire to move into them. There is dirt everywhere and plumbing or electrics are not working. If the kondey is working, then rejoice already. Everything in the bathtub is leaking onto the floor. The safe can be opened if you stick a piece of paper on it. The door to the balcony has a latch. Cleaning -only make the bed and then if you leave the money. The dirt is disgusting all around. No, but a toilet brush, wash it off as you want! Shampoo, slippers and a bathrobe-there is nothing, just liquid soap in a plastic bottle. The shower works every other time. Everything was killed. At sea, there are dead sun beds without adjustments, with torn mattresses.
The pool is all over the hotel, but it is already so tired that it is replenished with hoses, the filtration system is the same, a bunch of bleach is poured overnight, and that's it. They'll clean it with a net.
There is no animation, from the word at all. Turn on the speakers and just a man dancing for 10 minutes. For children, except that you can get hurt on a falling tile, there is nothing.
The staff does not understand anything in Russian at all, they have to communicate through an online translator on the phone.Yes, they will not explain what is where. All the time they try to give you either a cocktail or a hookah, on foil)))An old, very trashed hotel. Only 2 stars maximum. Who writes good reviews, apparently the owners of the hotel themselves.
We stayed at this hotel from August 18 to August 25, 2023. It turned out to be 6 full days , we chose based on reviews and photos, it seemed to be quite good. And the price is a good 74 thousand. for two .
And so we checked in and there was a complete disappointment from the room - it was very dirty , everything was rusty , old , the linen was in pellets and stains - it was unclear how we changed it after other tenants, the pillow was like a brick, it was disgusting to go into the bathroom, the refrigerator was empty and dirty . Upon check-in, the mini-bar is empty and additionally no one gives slippers , soap , shampoos. The room was cleaned 3 times during the entire stay. Water is also not left in the room, you have to go to the bar for it. Toilet paper was not given - I had to go to the reception to get it. Towels were given only 2 per person and changed only 2 times when asked.
They asked to relocate - they were "fed breakfast", or they were waiting for us to pay the money for it.
I understand that the price is small for us, but after all, someone goes there in these conditions and for 200 thousand.
The food is not particularly diverse - fish, chicken, beef (and even then it does not taste like it). Soups are diluted with water. There are vegetables , pastries , there were delicious desserts several times , melon , dates , oranges , figs ( once ). Several side dishes - pasta, rice, potatoes, vegetables. For breakfast, pancakes (always not fried), eggs (they can fry in front of you). You can find anything to eat , but again dirty dishes, which is disgusting to eat from it. And it feels like they didn't finish eating at breakfast, they made salads at lunch and so on.
Of the drinks - Sevan ap, kolla, Mirinda, diluted juice and in the morning there is tea, coffee is not delicious.
The territory of the hotel is good, it is being looked after, the staff is trying to help as best they can, but I don't want to go into the room!!!
Wi-Fi catches only at the reception, it seems to me this is the last century.
The hotel is located on the second line, on the first of the same series, the beash hotel (according to the stories, it is even worse).
The beach - the sun beds are old and half-broken, the mattresses are dirty, the water barely flows to wash. But the sea is gorgeous, transparent in the morning and there are many beautiful fish. It's worth a look.
There are many cafes , shops and a fixed price nearby (where you can buy everything as a gift) - but it's boring to constantly walk there every day.
There are few advantages, but we went for a small price, so it's not so insulting, if it were more expensive, then the vacation would be ruined.
Please do not come here for a lot of money, beautiful in pictures, but in fact a complete disappointment. But it is impossible for such a hotel to have 4 stars at all. And it's a shame that the staff is good and the location of the hotel is very good, but in fact there is dirt all around from which it is disgusting to be there!
The three of us went for 8 days in the middle of August.
On the plus side: Beautiful territory - the photos will be cool.
Cons: in the rooms (everyone complained) the toilet drain works poorly. The old room stock is furnished, the refrigerator is ancient, leaks and closes with a latch!! (it would be funny if it wasn't so sad). We tried to change the awl for soap.Shampoos, gels, and shower caps are not allowed in the rooms. I had to ask for toilet paper at the reception, there is only liquid soap in the room upon arrival. There is cleaning, every other day. The towels are heavily laundered, the bed linen is synthetic, old. It is clear that once the hotel was not bad, but now it is very, very tired.
The doors from the reception to the restaurant are closed - you need to walk in the sun through all the bridges and stairs.. Instant coffee only in the morning in a can with a faucet. Tea is also brewed in a teapot - several sachets are filled with boiling water. There is water and dissolved juice from the powder. The bar provides water, sprite, cola, and heavily diluted beer. Lots of fresh pastries and desserts (monotonous). There are oranges, dates, and melons from fruits.
There is a meager selection of dishes, but there is always one type of meat - chicken, beef, fish.
Pasta, rice, baked potatoes and vegetables.it is quite edible and delicious.
Wi-fi works only at the reception, the connection is weak. It is enough to upload a push notification. It is problematic to publish photos, especially in Russian social networks. The beach is a separate song. The beds are wooden, old, the mattresses are dilapidated, darned, and filled with cigarette butts. Everything is dirty.
The sea is comfortable, there are reefs with fish, the shore is sandy. The swimming area is strongly limited by buoys, shallow compared to the neighboring beach.
There are washrooms, changing rooms. Everything is skewed, crooked.
The composition of the tourists: Italians, Russians, Arabs, there were tourists from Slovenia, Hungary, Belarus, Ukraine.
The evening program is weak, we went for a walk along Naama Bay (opposite the hotel), you can buy souvenirs, accessories, clothes, medicines, etc. There is a minibus to the Old Town and Soho, Russian tourists are charged a dollar per brother. Locals ride for 2 kopecks.
The result is that the rest is greatly spoiled by negative aspects and the hotel is clearly not 4 *, I advise you to think hard before you go.
Vacationed with my husband in August 2023. Despite the bad reviews, we bought a tour to this hotel, and in vain. The whole vacation was ruined. The rooms are not cleaned, from the word at all. For 7 days, they have never cleaned, towels are not changed, as they settled in, so you will be with these towels. All the taps are flowing, there is a blockage in the sink, there is no hot water, the refrigerator is leaking, there was water in the room in the middle because of this. The food is monotonous, not tasty and not cooked. There is no choice from the word at all. Pasta of different types for breakfast, lunch and dinner. What is not finished for breakfast will be in the form of salad for lunch, the same with dinner. There was no meat. Fruits also. Ice cream at 16.00 and then about 30 pieces for the whole hotel. The territory is dirty, the beach is also dirty. The bar is located far from the main restaurant, to drink tea you have to go for tea to the devil knows where. There is really no sweet, there is nothing to drink tea with. And the most important thing is the queue, in the morning for scrambled eggs, at lunch for pasta, in the evening for spaghetti. And they don't put enough food, and the trash is the most - if you don't come to the opening of the restaurant, then you'll go hungry. The staff is not trained, there is no service. Just a terrible hotel. I don't recommend it. Money is wasted.
We stayed at this hotel from 07/29/27/2013, the hotel, like everything in Egypt, is very tired. We had an early check-in, it cost $30. We added another $10 to give you a good room. As a result, they were given a room on the 1st floor, although they asked for the second floor. Briefly about the room: Instead of a double bed, there are 2 single beds pushed together with a huge hole between them. The TV is flat, you can watch movies from a USB stick, one Russian TNT channel. Everything worked in the room and the refrigerator and the air conditioner and the shower. Somewhere, about the middle of the stay, all kinds of animals in the form of centipedes and spiders began to be found in the room, and on the last day before departure, a huge 6-8cm cockroach ran out of the bathroom. My advice is to cover the drains with something, they most likely come from there! Alcohol is tasteless, it's better to buy it at duty free. The food is delicious, but very monotonous. Nearby is the main street with all kinds of shops, restaurants and cafes, sometimes we went there to eat for a change. There are a lot of riders in the hotel, as they say they are here in rehabilitation, they stick to Russian girls, they try to sort things out with guys. At the time of our stay, there were about 40 riders in the hotel and they arrive in such numbers every week. They behave inappropriately, swim in the pool in flip-flops and underpants wrapped in their flag, in the evening they ask the DJ to turn on *** songs or their anthem, one of them broke into our room on the first day. But there were also normal guys who apologized for all this and asked not to pay attention. There are many Germans, Poles and Arabs in the hotel. There were no problems with them. The pools are small, it says 1.40, in fact all the pools are 0.85, you can walk to the sea, about 10 minutes through the Ghazala Beach hotel, you can also take drinks for free at the beach bar. There are a lot of sun beds both in the hotel and on the beach, but 1-2 lines are always busy. There is a dead coral reef with fish on the right, there is also a small coral reef behind the buoys, the beach is sandy with small coral patches, you can go in without special shoes. In general, the only advantage of the hotel is the location and the sandy beach. I definitely do not recommend the hotel

People, why are you killing the reef? When you feed fish with bread, bacteria multiply in the water that kill the reef. Look at the cobwebs that are on the reef and the dead gray corals. It's from your feedings.
And the hotel is good. The food is delicious and varied. The area is really very green.
The rooms are shabby, but the staff is trying to fix them.
We stayed at this hotel from January 18 to February 27.I refute all the negativity that some vacationers pour out clearly, of royal blood, and who are so used to resting somewhere there, but got here by a stupid accident. Guys, try tours not for 50 thousand rubles but for 500,000 and you will be happy. as it is, everything is fine and everything is fine with us!!!
I rarely write bad reviews so as not to spoil them.... but here... The rest was ruined.
The only plus of this hotel is the beach, there are no more advantages in this hotel, the food is monotonous, the disgusting staff who try not even try and serve you for money without hiding it. Do you want your table to be canned .... $ 5 and the food is monotonous rice and pasta and you have to fight for meat. Of vegetables , cucumber and tomato and cabbage , chopped and decorated like pigs. Of the fruits, only an orange and sometimes a melon. It's June, the watermelon season, but we didn't see them once, and then we didn't have time, because we sorted them out quickly. there is a constant shortage of plates, napkins need to be begged and if they deign, they will give you one in your hands and everything else is also only in your hands, and if the staff sees that you are sitting down to dinner and there are no appliances, then you must put these appliances and arrange your table yourself, that is, no one will approach you. We arrived late in the evening, they sat us down, although they brought some food, cucumber, tomato and bread with cheese, sorry, but I have paid for this day and that's all they can give me. The administration knows how many tourists arrive at the hotel and cannot even feed them properly. In Turkey, when you arrive so late, they invite you to the dining room and feed you dinner normally. So, about the room, from what I saw, I assume that the reception does not know which rooms they have in order and which are broken. We were settled (to describe the room is a separate story, it's a horror) we decided to wash up and there is no water in the room. They called the manager, searched for water on the floor, and found it on the third attempt. The room was changed in the morning, though without any additional charges. Other tourists flush the toilet with a bucket, because there is no water pressure, there is a hairdryer in the room, but they do not work, the sockets are all broken, this is not an assessment for one room, when we moved, we went through many rooms. bars where there should be free drinks are all paid. Only one piece of glass stands on the territory of the hotel where drinks are served. That is, if a tourist is resting on the beach, he must leave the beach and go to the territory to pour 1/3 of a plastic cup of sprite. There is a bar on the beach, but it is also paid. Why can't a tourist staying at a hotel get his drink at this bar, and those who don't live or want to pay for it, let them buy. No, we have to go to the hotel from the beach to have a drink. I usually take water with me, one day it ran out and I decided to go to the bar for water. To which they replied that there was no water. There's just no water. I offered a sprite when they poured sprite into my glass, it was as thick as tea (I'm not exaggerating) on the remark that you can't drink it, the bartender spread his hands, saying you can't not drink. And that was the last drop, tears welled up from his eyes.... I went to the manager and explained everything, he returned with me to the beach and I showed him the warm sprite and the lack of water. After that, accordingly, we were blacklisted, with us (in the dining room) neither hello nor how are you nor smiles, they do not come to the table to us, they pour water in a glass with a sullen face. Because we complained about them and they got in trouble for it. However, after that they bring water to our room without a reminder
Our situation got to the point where we had to buy ourselves some food in carrefour and water too, Well, to drink tea and coffee in our room. Because they also save on tea in the dining room, there are no tea bags here, they brew in a kettle and pour us tinted urine, sorry. So we bought a kettle and drink tea in the room.
for a moment, we paid $ 1,000 for a ticket per person and do not understand what we were paying for. by choosing this hotel, we did not expect to encounter such a lack of humanity, that is, being 10 years in Egypt, this was the first time I encountered such an attitude And generally such behavior. They serve foreigners in a different way, set the table according to etiquette, bring tea in a bag, juice and water are already on the table. I dare to assume that this service was paid for the very 5 dollars, the one who does not know about it raises a question...and there are a lot of questions in general. The staff in the dining room is just disgusting in the dining room. they eat together with tourists.
Plaster is pouring into a plate in the dining room, I filmed this fact on video. (I didn't come up with it)
After all that happened, I turned to my guide with a request to change the hotel, the guide politely agreed and said, Yes, of course it is possible, after which time was delayed, the day passed, the second day passed. Today is the third day, that is, we have only one and a half days left to stay, there is no point in changing the hotel and it turns out that the guide simply does not do his job. There is no help from neto, well, except to change the money. It's like they say, a friend in good weather, and when the clouds thicken, I'm sorry, we're not friends anymore.
And here we turned to the Ministry of Tourism. The phone number was given by the manager of another hotel. We have a friend there. Another friend took us there and was our translator. I told him all this and showed him. She said that the hotel does not match 4 stars.
They take it very seriously there, they readily respond to complaints, fine them or close them down. An hour of negotiations, a couple of calls, and 7 people were waiting for us at the hotel.
And that's when the dancing with tambourines began🤸♀️
The staff was driven away heavily, they prayed when we would leave.
And they cajoled us with various dinners, offered to move to an improved room, where you go directly from the room to the pool.😁 we refused, well, that's right, we have 1.5 days left to live.
One plus:
Our check-out was late in the evening, and they were evicted at 12 o'clock, so waiting was free in the room 😁
When I left, they slipped me a paper to sign, which I have no complaints about, and I was satisfied with everything.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Of course I didn'T SIGN it.
An incredibly beautiful place! Very picturesque design of the territory. The service is great! The beach is across the street, I thought that because of the flow of cars we would stand for a long time every time and it was inconvenient, but it turned out not to be so, there are not many cars and they drive carefully.
There is a heated swimming pool on site. It was very useful in March, because the water in the other pools was cold.
Nice hotel. Delicious cuisine, decent bar, wonderful hookah. The staff is very nice, cool guys. The rooms themselves are old, but there is everything you need, the air conditioner works great
We went to this hotel to walk and participate in animation in the evenings when we lived in the nearby Gazale beach hotel. The garden Hotel is considered a higher level than the beach. An interesting Arabic-style territory with a swimming pool system. You feel like you're in an oriental fairy tale.
Remnants of former luxury.... The room has not been cleaned once in 8 days!!!! You won't starve to death, that's all... There's dirt all around... The staff are funny....
Terrible hotel. It's dirty. They save on everything

Now I know for sure, all the reviews are bought! There is not a single advantage except the sun. Terrible hotel, old, the food is not tasty, nothing interesting. All the guests of this hotel are shocked. The shower, refrigerator, air conditioning do not work, the rooms are not cleaned, they move into dirty, dirty pastel linen, they did not flush the toilet. Expectation is reality.
