I was soooo surprised!!! I decided to purchase tomato and pepper seeds through the website as a gift, about 20 items. I selected it in the catalog and placed an order through the shopping cart, where it was NECESSARY to fill in the fields with an asterisk (one of them was a full name). I have selected this item and the "pick up" item. After that, my order is assigned a number. I think - well done, convenient :) The next day, come to the address of the Mogilev, Minsk highway, 40 store, and there is no such store anymore.:(there's a flower stall instead. I call the phone number listed on the website, they promise to call me back because the applications are still being processed. They call me back, say there is no such order - the mobile number is not specified and ask me to provide the number that was assigned to my order. I wasn't comfortable talking at the moment, so I said I'd call you back and let you know. After 10 minutes, I somehow got through, I call the order code, and a man's voice tells me that I will not collect the order number, reissue the order again with the phone number. Although when registering through the shopping cart, this item (as of 04.01.2025) was not marked as mandatory. Honestly, I'm surprised by the behavior of the store's representatives.:( if there is an order number, why does the store need my phone number? It looks like poor-quality services:(
A wide range, but in my opinion the prices are somewhat overstated by 10-15% than in other similar trade facilities, but there is also a bonus, suppliers make discounts on some types of products, the main thing is to be in the right place at the right time😉
