I will describe my experience of interacting with this company. a car with symptoms of a faulty automatic transmission was brought for repair, after the initial diagnosis, 2 ways were offered, cheaper and more expensive. Because I love my car, a more expensive way was chosen, but with the replacement of everything that has signs of wear. A couple of days later, they were invited to a defect test, where they told how bad everything was and what exactly needed to be changed. The price tag turned out to be quite impressive (in the process of discussing the price, there was an interesting moment with an incorrectly calculated number of return springs after pointing this out, the price tag became less by 1500 rubles, well, let's hope that this is just an annoying mistake occurred in the calculations, and not an attempt to cut money on the principle of "rolled"). We signed the contract, outlined the approximate dates and I began to wait. After about 2 weeks, I received a call from a service representative saying that the car could already be issued, but that's the problem, something flowed, and they will fix it and additionally notify me. Okay, we're waiting for more. A couple of days later, there was a repeat call and the good news that you can pick up the car. I arrived, I was given a paper to sign (here is also an interesting point, it is written in the paper that warranty service is valid only in case of oil change in the automatic transmission after 1000 – 2000 mileage. An interesting point is that no one has ever told me about this either before or after the repair, that is, if I hadn't read this paragraph, I might not have found out about it). They also reported that the cable of the right window lifter was broken / torn (a trifle, but unpleasant).
The next thing that was unpleasant was the dirt in the cabin after them. The carpet with oil stains in the cabin had a peculiar smell of atfka for another week. Interior plastic with traces of dirty hands. Well, use protective covers and other covers, in general, I washed the car all weekend. But there are also advantages, the box really began to work normally, the symptoms that were completely gone before the repair. And, it would seem, everything is almost a happy ending. But no, after 1800 km I arrived for a mandatory oil change procedure. And here's the attention. The car is lifted on a lift, all routine maintenance is done, they silently give it away. I leave, in the evening I come to my mechanic to replace the radiator of the gur, and he tells me that the car is covered in ATP from below and dripping from the junction of the box and the internal combustion engine, and judging by the amount of oil it has been dripping for a long time, that is, there was an oil leak before today's arrival at the Gidromatik service. Then why didn't anyone report this on the service? Because the car was needed here and now I decide to monitor the scale of the problem and if it does not stop, then contact under warranty. Nothing has changed, of course, and I turned to the service. On the first visit, they just washed the bell and asked me to come a week later for control, because I was flying on vacation, then the second visit was delayed, and I was already driving to give the car to fix the leak, because the spots under the joint of the internal combustion engine / gearbox hinted that the problem had not resolved itself. The car was accepted for repair, without specifying its terms in any way. 2 weeks (how many of them were real repairs, and I don't know how many the car was just standing) and a few calls from my side and so I'm going to pick up the car. And then there are several points at once, which in fact became the last straw to writing the entire review.
1) The cause of the leak has not been named. (according to the representative of the service, "Well, we've re-packed everything there")
2) Not a single document was issued on what kind of work was carried out. On the part of the service, there was an argument that this was a warranty repair and there should be no documents, but it is difficult to call this even an attempt at argumentation.
3) Again, the interior from the driver's side as after the tractor driver.
4) And most importantly. I start the car and hear that the exhaust system is working louder than usual. (and here, as my friend said, I probably should have gone back and thrown the keys at them with the words finish) but I decided that I would wait another 2 weeks and in general I no longer want to leave them the car. The next day I stopped by a fellow mechanic at the pit. The intake pipes are not bolted to the collectors, the exhaust just lies on the frame. The box is all dirty, well, that is, it doesn't seem to flow, but it was corny not even washed. And the cherry on the cake is the rear gimbal screwed literally by hand.
Which is the summary of all of the above.
Perhaps everything inside the box has been sorted out qualitatively (I really want to believe in this), and even the warranty obligations seem to be fulfilled. But the saying fits very well here. "One is being treated, the other is being maimed." Plus, there is no informing the customer about what is happening to the car at the warranty repair stage. I would have applied again, definitely not. And you draw your own conclusions for yourself.

I usually don't write bad reviews. But not in this case. At the first call, the price for the work of the machine was announced at 1000 rubles plus spare parts . Ok. After removal and defiction, the price increased 3 times to 3,000 thousand rubles, plus spare parts were counted for 4,000 rubles. After the order to repair the automatic transmission, I took the car and it turned out that they just broke off the starter at the attachment point. Since our specialists could not unscrew the nut. Repair of the starter was refused, for the reason that I allegedly allowed them to break the spare part. Hands can be seen growing from the wrong direction. You want a promblem for yourself. I can safely say that I have not seen such an attitude yet.
Trouble overtook my peugeot, the box went into emergency mode, it was impossible to drive like that, and I first turned to another service and heard that my box was over and it urgently needed to be disassembled and repaired. I was not ready for "such", to put it mildly, not a cheap repair, I decided to come here, because the first service, to put it mildly, did not inspire confidence, the guys made a diagnosis and laughed at the results of the diagnosis of the first service, they said that to eliminate my problem, you do not need to remove and disassemble the box to the nines, in general, they replaced some-that thing on the box and voila)
2 hours later, my car was already driving briskly)

I brought them a car. I waited more than 2 weeks for the automatic transmission to be made. During this time, they called themselves 2 times at the very beginning, invited them to look at the automatic transmission in disassembled form, agreed on the work and that's it, a lull, I had to call myself all the time, find out what and how it was. And then they threw it off once and didn't respond.
(the whole box was sentenced then, namely the hydraulic unit, the torque converter, almost the entire fur. the part in the automatic transmission itself, in short, a complete overhaul with a durability of MORE THAN 4 THOUSAND WHITE rubles!)
When I picked up the car, they said that it would still kick about 100-300 km until it adapts. After asking about adaptation via a computer, namely, you need to throw off the oxidation sensor (REQUIRED), etc., they started to hang noodles on my ears like they couldn't get into the brains of the machine, they tried and failed. But for some reason I did it the first time (through VIDA DICE), well, okay.
I drove 150 km then and what? the kicks remained, After a complete stop of the automatic transmission, the sausage, in short, did not work at all the way it should. I called the server, they said that I still need to go for a ride. I went for a ride and gave it back to them.
Another 1 week passed, I took her away, the small kicks remained, but the automatic transmission stopped sausage at a complete stop. I changed the oil partially in the automatic transmission 2 times for 14 thousand km of mileage.(I have rolled 14 thousand in 2 years, the car stood more than it drove. At the same time, 70% of it was a highway.
The kicks never went away, during this time, I changed all the engine cushions, I thought that the kicks were because of them and many other details that may be responsible for soft switching. And then, on a run of 12 thousand, when the R and D gear was turned on, it began to jerk, shake this car godlessly. I went over the floor of the engine, because in my head, "I HAD THE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION REPAIRED BY SPECIALISTS, IT'S DEFINITELY NOT IN THE BOX"
