Great atmosphere, full immersion during the lesson. The coach is a great expert in yoga, builds classes so that it suits people of all levels.

I am writing this review with great gratitude and love. For 10 years now, together with our teacher and friend Valery Brodnevsky, I have been practicing Yoga in this wonderful hall. I recommend everyone to come, stand on the mat and try Himalayan yoga under the guidance of an experienced master, to get a taste of these ancient practices. Look for friends and you will find your master, your Yoga.
