I was in this cafe on November 28, 2020.
We celebrated the girl's birthday, we were in a separate room (only our company).
They didn't allow us to put on our own music, we insisted on it very much and allowed us to turn on our own music, but it didn't last long.
At about 22-23 o'clock, the music was turned off and they said that according to the rules of the cafe we could not listen to our music, and what they listened to was they went to a meeting and allowed it, although it was impossible to do so.
Of course, no one showed us the charter, after which they said that we were behaving uncivilely and asked us to leave.
We started asking for a book of complaints and suggestions, no one gave it to us, saying, "come when you're sober," I filmed all this on camera.
The waiter girl (I don't remember her name) snatched the phone out of her hands and threw it on the tile.
In general, the impression remained
negative.
I plan to visit this cafe and still get a book of complaints
