We had a great trip to old Italy from this institution, a nice guy who told us everything, didn't try to sell anything, got a discount. The only thing that upset me was that I had to go to the Turkish Maldives through this company, and not through a Tez tour. And here, the bus is better, and there were enough places for everyone on the yacht, the guide Larisa liked it.
They deceived me completely. The tour seller, a Turkmen (I don't remember the name), sold us four tours for two.
1. Instead of a discount, he promised a yacht trip as a gift. On the appointed day, we came to the office, and the yacht turns out not to go that day (like come tomorrow, maybe). That's how we didn't get to it.
2. We took a 4-in-one tour. Rafting, canyon, bugs (jeeps), zipline. They asked three times if the zipline was included in the price, if there were jeeps. To all questions, "yes, yes, everything will be fine." As a result, when we boarded the tour bus, we were told only rafting and the canyon, all the claims to the one who sold the tour. They came to the Turkmen to force out the relationship, the answer is ingenious: "probably the program has changed, I will not return the money." They swore and swore to no avail.
In short, I don't advise anyone. I hoped for a well-known company, but they could have bought it cheaper. It turned out to be a disregard for customers.
