The cooking is not bad, but there are disadvantages. There are enough staff, but for some questions, the waiters do not know the answer. They don't know the menu or the ingredients of a particular dish very well.
I ordered a pistachio cake. I broke the seal from the peel that was inside the cake. They said they would take a picture and send it to someone, somewhere. No apologies, no compensation as a minus the price of the cake from the bill.
In general, it would be necessary to work on customer orientation, restaurant policy, since the customer is always right!

It differs from other Giotto restaurants. Eggplant salad is not made like that, eggplants are not crispy. The service is much different, it does not correspond to the Giotto restaurant, both on Shevchenko and near Tata. It looks more like a cafe than a restaurant. But I can say that the meat dishes are delicious. It seems that I will not come to this branch of the restaurant a second time. I'm more comfortable in others.

Every room since opening is stressful! All the waiters are scared! I think it's all because of the manager, I've seen them always extinguished. I have never seen such braking service anywhere. Everyone has complexes, they are afraid of guests! The kitchen, the ice cream, everything is delicious. Change managers, everything goes from the head!
