The hypermarket is huge in size and assortment. Open until 2 a.m. There is everything. Well, it has everything: meat- fish-sausage-milk-pastries-alcohol and beer of all aggregate states for every taste.
Carts are parked under awnings on the street at the entrance to the hyper.
There are a lot of cash desks and cashiers in them at any time.
Convenient access to a large parking lot, entrances from two streets (a left turn is marked). Located next to Independence Avenue and near the ring road (exits: on Gorodetskaya street from the outside.rings, on Vsekhsvyatskaya from the inside).
Hippo is a good chain, and this one is one of the best at closing any and all urgent needs of customers in one store on holidays and weekdays.

The trouble with all the stores in the chain. The absence of cashiers. The stores have high customer traffic, there are a large number of cash registers inside, but 1.5 specialists work. From here there are queues for the entire trading floor. People are standing between the rows with products, just to wait for the time to pay for their purchases. And this Hippo is no exception. In the dry balance, the Hippo network has a good assortment, but frankly poor service.

There are rolls, but not particularly good in terms of the amount of filling. There are a sufficient number of self-service cash desks and regular cash desks, which of course does not eliminate queues in the evenings, but everything is within the norm.
If something is wrong, there is an information center that will always consider the problem (the wrong product is broken, the return of low-quality products, etc.).

Zero stars!3 times we bought chicken butchering at a late time of 9-10 pm and sold rotten meat!!!The first 2 times the money was returned, we returned the goods within 20 minutes, having found a delay at home.The sellers replied that their refrigerator in the car in which the chicken was delivered had broken down.So if the chicken was spoiled, why are you selling it to people?????We turned a blind eye to it.the 3rd time we bought thighs and immediately, when we came home, put them in the freezer for 10 minutes after purchase and after 3 days, taking them out of the freezer and defrosting, they stank!!We came to the store to be told that it had been 3 days and that we had not stored it correctly!We wrote a complaint in the store.They replied to the complaint that the quality of the chicken was good and that we had stored it incorrectly!!!The next time I call the sanitary and epidemiological station right away!Once again, we bought an expensive exotic fruit from them, which was all rotten inside!I hope the store management reads the reviews.
