I have been a buyer of Hippo at 30 Gorodetskaya Street for more than 5 years. Since 17.01.22, the social discount program for pensioners has changed, I wanted to clarify some points related to this program in the store's information center. But I could not get through to the phone numbers of the information center on Gorodetskaya indicated on the store's website within 2 days. The whole time was busy. On 18.01.22, at around 14.30, I went to the information center. At that time, 2 young employees were present there – Ekaterina Alexandrovna (E.A.) and a brunette with long hair. Ignoring me, the brunette turned away and began to talk with her colleague E.A. I had to interrupt their conversation with a question ("Where can I get a questionnaire for a new program?"), which noticeably caused their dissatisfaction. The brunette came out, and E.A. began to "explain" with raised intonations that I had to re-submit the questionnaire I had already filled out in connection with the introduction of new rules. Moreover, there was zero useful information from her tirade, not a word about the rules themselves, and she also did not say that until 02.01.22 it is possible to receive a discount on a pension certificate. When E.A.'s employee was asked to lower her tone and speak a little more politely, a stream of rudeness poured down on me, saying that she could have taken the questionnaire from the table herself, that there were questionnaires lying there and I didn't see it (I see, but I already filled out such a questionnaire earlier when I received the Asoba card, from where I need to know that the same questionnaire is for a pensioner, it's just being filled out again ...). Then a brunette partner ran up, and the two of them continued to be rude. It got to the point that they started threatening to call security and that you would be "put out the door of the store" (this is a quote, literally; I am a 60+ person who just asked a question and asked to answer politely, and thus became an irritating factor for them), and in general everything is recorded with sound on video. Then I asked to call the store's management, to which there was the same rude response: "the management is having lunch, come back later." And after all, EA said that, they say, there is nothing to go to the store in such a mood. I.e., in a couple of minutes to bring a person aged to high blood pressure, to be rude – is this such a "standard of communication" at this information center? The brunette still called security, the employee silently listened to me, promised to figure it out, although it is unclear how he will do it. By the way, in the 10 minutes that I was in the information center, not a single call was received there. I suspect that there is just a tube removed or something similar. Conclusion: I will go to the store on Gorodetskaya in extreme cases, and I will take the completed questionnaire to another information center, because there is no desire to get another negative from "communicating" with brightly made-up employees, whose main functions include chatting with each other, as well as being rude and sending the buyer who dared to ask his question to hell. would have been nice if the store's management had picked up and watched the video from the infocenter that day, since they scared E.A. and her colleague so much. It is impossible to describe all that rudeness in a nutshell, but from the recording of the conversation it will definitely be possible to conclude about the competence and compliance with the workplace of these persons and who needs to be "put outside the store".
