I've been visiting this store since it opened, I've always liked both the assortment and the staff, but now they've introduced a meat coupon system and now I don't buy meat here, it's become very time-consuming and inconvenient to guard my room, standing with a cart in front of the counter for hours... There had never been so many people queuing up before... The last time I took a ticket, there were more than 40 people in front of me... This is a nightmare! And the confectionery department is like a whirlpool. Just stopped, bang... and I bought 5 baskets and a custard. The staff, although tired, are patient and friendly. The security is delicate and tidy. Of course, there are difficulties with cash desks and queues, but somehow these traffic jams disappear quickly, I did not understand what the secret is, but everything resolves quickly. I like this store, although of course you will lose a lot of weight, but here you need to walk cunningly through the rows so that the shelves with cakes and pastries do not catch your eye.

The Internet contains information about the availability of products in the retail network, in particular the culinary product "Sushi set No. 1" at a selling price of 27 rubles 07 kopecks per kilogram. In fact, in the store near the culinary department in the sales area there is a refrigerator "salad bar" in which there is sushi with certified "plastic" rice at a cost of 34 rubles 90 kopecks per kilogram.
That is, I understood the joke of the store, but did not appreciate it. It's called luring a customer to the store under any pretext... I understand that those who live nearby have walked and will walk here, but after such a deception, I will not go to Hippo anymore. This is an outright deception of the buyer, and take it or not, it's your business ...

I visited this oasis of food for a nomad in hospitable Belarus again. It was Saturday and the waiting time at the food court was at least 45-60 minutes. I spent this time shopping at the supermarket. Clean, large Parking lot, assortment. There is a St. Petersburg draft beer. (in St. Petersburg, there is such a current in bars), prices are moderate. I recommend travelers to come here, the network manager - to pull up the rest of the Hippos to this level.

The Hippo store has been one of the great shops in the area for a long time. But everything is changing. Today I bought a herring salad under a fur coat in a container. So, about half the thickness of the whole beetroot salad, a couple of pieces of herring, the rest of the Markovna and potatoes. I consider this to be a deception of the buyer, since you need to pay 8.60 Rubles for the container. Beetroot costs pennies, an excellent plan, gentlemen. Salad is tasteless, wasted money. Unfortunately, nothing has changed for the better as of December 2024. I bought the herring salad under a fur coat again, made the purchase in the evening before closing, opened the box in the morning and the smell of rotten meat shocked me. This is what kind of food you need to cook it from, so that it spoils in the refrigerator overnight, I was very upset and angry. I ask the store director to take the situation with the finished products under his personal control, I visit this store several times a week and I consider this situation unacceptable.

We constantly made online orders in stores, but this one is the worst of all!Not only did they not see the ordered product, but they also withdrew the money for it and did not return it! You call support - they prove that the money was frozen in the amount of 50 rubles, not 90. Where the rest have gone can only be guessed! Magic is no different! We read the reviews-we are not the only ones in this situation.
