So let's start, a very unpleasant situation, with such an attitude towards people (in this case to me), she closed the shift 15 minutes before the end of the working day, for someone it's a trifle, just not for me, this is already happening for the second time, last time she refused to accept payment by card because she closed the shift on the terminal with the words (well, cash can PROBABLY accept payment) What else is possible?
I am a frequent customer and this attitude is simply outrageous, I hope the head of this institution will read the review and take appropriate measures, otherwise you will have to find another store.
