In September-October 2019, he traveled with his wife on a personal crossover, traveling to 4 Republics of Central Asia, of course except for the Turkmen. You can't get to them at all.
Everywhere there is a normal inspection without bias.
I tried to go through customs in the dark so as not to take away the daylight from the trip.
From Tajik. (in Bekabad or Chanak, I do not remember) I entered Uzbek. 12 o'clock. And this year, Gisht-Kuprik spent 14 hours at the border, all night, until 7-9 in the morning.
Well, my wife replaces me at the wheel and there is a sleeping place in the car. We took turns sleeping through the night. Of course, there are no conditions in the queue. Everything is on the sidelines.
2-4 passenger cars per hour are allowed through.
They are forced to disassemble everything from the vehicle to the screw. And the spare tire and all things must be dragged to the light through an X-ray. Unloading things on the street, on dirty asphalt. Nothing is adapted, carry everything in your arms into the room, far away.
They work as if they were being deliberately mocked, slowly, barely moving. In front of my eyes, they climbed for 15-20 minutes on an empty van with the inner lining already unscrewed. Everyone was trying to highlight something. And so slowly several times. Before my very eyes, the driver was forced to remove the entire back seat and driver's seat from the car. And if I am not a mechanic and my hands are not sharpened, but there is some kind of construction - ?
With a trained dog nearby. I liked her. It works quickly and clearly. She was poked in the place - She sniffed, well, that's all it would seem. So no, it is necessary to gut the whole car to iron, and so not by choice, but everyone in a row. And how many things I was carrying from the trip... A lot. Thanks only to two female customs officers at two different customs offices. They saw my amount of alcohol in the light, but did not cling to it. And I have already collected it from Kazakh, Kyrgyz. and Tajik. A gesture of goodwill, at least some kind of moral compensation for my colleagues-St.Y. For them 1, otherwise it would be 0.
I do not have censorship words for this customs.
So think hard before driving a car to these Uzbeks. It shouldn't be like this.
