Good day!my name is anya.I am 33 years old.I am from Belarus (G.Mogilev). I found out about the school on the Internet.VK network).I joined the free marathons right away.The condition immediately leveled off.She participated in marathons for six months, studied individually with the school's instructor, Irina Zhendli. I did not regret anything, but rather, on the contrary, I gained:calmness, awareness, I became more confident.Then I took the Step to Awakening course and now I 'm studying at the DSH , with a group .Next, I'm going to the advanced DSH level.Meditation settings are very helpful in everyday life.I'm learning to live with my body and feelings.The mind calms down and quiets down.While studying at school, my relationship with my daughter, parents and MCH changed.Everyone began to understand each other).Communication has improved with people, which I used to be very afraid of (communication).I stopped thinking about how I look in other people's eyes and life became easier.There was a calmness inside when communicating.I would like to express my gratitude to the school, the instructors, and the participants🥰I hugged everyone!!!❤❤❤
