Disgusting clinic and unprofessional doctors-knackers! They took money for the operation for the cat in the evening and assured that they would start it immediately. However, they did not do it even the next day. After calling the administrator to find out about the cat's health status after surgery, the administrator and the doctor began to fuss and swear at the other end of the line. I had to take the cat by force, the money was not returned, of course. It took a week of inpatient treatment not only for the cat, but also for the owners. It was in 2015, but the trauma inflicted by this clinic is still acute. If you value the lives of your pets, never contact the Vetlider.
It's a pity that you can't put a few fingers down.. It's just a terrible clinic! I don't know if we were so unlucky, but we just "got" to these would-be doctors...
the cat fell out of the window early in the morning and we brought him here because of the round-the-clock work. We were charged at three o'clock, then transferred to another department, where we got to a traumatologist, who put the spokes on the cat's paw so that the ends bulged and rubbed against the skin, as a result of which the cat began to have inflammation, wounds opened, an infection appeared (I would not be surprised that it was brought into the clinic during operations). And for all this, we were charged twice the amount that we would have been charged at another clinic, where we then transferred the cat!!!! Twice as much!!! There is no evil against them. The doctor's hands were probably growing out of the wrong place at all. So I don't advise anyone. The prices are huge, the professionalism is zero.
