One of the advantages is a shower, a toilet near the ward. Polite staff. Cleaning every day.
They provided the necessary medicines.
Of the minuses, I did not like the kitchen, for some reason the same cereal from which everything was prepared (both porridge and soup, and it is also with gravy). Often the stated menu did not match what was given. And then the menu was not posted at all🧐
Also, the location of all doctors and offices, it takes about half an hour to walk.
Windows do not open in the wards, respectively, the wards are not ventilated.
And it's very difficult to check out, I couldn't check out for a long time. They don't let me out without a discharge.
AMC, a good hospital. I am very grateful to the doctors and the medical staff of the Department of Traumatology. Many thanks to the traumatologists Salimov Rinat Moldagalievich, Azamat Maksatovich, who operated on my leg. These are doctors from God. The hospital is very clean. The food is good. I thank the nurses Jeanne and Ainur. Very responsive girls, executive. In general, everything is fine throughout the AMC. Well-being and good luck to all.
The building is located on the outskirts of the city. It is problematic to get there if there is no personal transport. Fresh construction of the building, but everything is not done qualitatively, requires high-quality, major repairs. The problem with heating was felt at the end of September, there was no heating. The porch to the department where newborns are discharged in a terrible condition. The building is large and divided into buildings, so from the main entrance, if you walk to the maternity hospital building, the distance will be more than a kilometer. Entry to the territory is prohibited. A barrier has been installed and a checkpoint with a representative of the security service who can launch into the territory, or may refuse. Asphalt pavement on the hospital grounds as after the bombing. In general, very bad.
Compared to what happened 5 years ago, I think a huge step forward has been made. Two local, not small wards at all. Separate shower and toilet for 2 wards of 2 people. Hot and cold water all year round. Polite, friendly medical staff. Cleaning of the wards 2 times a day. Very bright, warm, high rooms. Wide corridors. Modern equipment. Everything is done for the convenience of the children. There are, of course, some points for which you can criticize, broken tiles, battered curtains, one refrigerator per compartment, no radio, TV, but not all at once. I think that today a lot has been done and well in the healthcare of the region. And there is always a place to strive for. Thanks to all the staff of the orthopedic traumatology department.
The building is quite modern, although the interiors require cosmetic repairs. The wards have two beds, are spacious, bright, comfortable, and warm. Made in blocks. Two chambers - one block. Separate toilet and shower room. I was lying in early March. I think it will be very hot in the summer in the tents. Because there is no ventilation system
The doctors are good, everything is fine except for the lighting, the lamps are not lit everywhere, some lamps are not fixed on the ceiling. The bad electricians are there.
A large building. But there doesn't seem to be enough medical staff. You always have to wait for packages to be delivered or for others to be taken back. The attitude towards patients also leaves much to be desired. They are already being paid normal money, but the quality of medical care to the population is not normal.
Doctors are not very competent, especially in endocrinology, they do not know diseases well, patients sometimes understand their illness better than them, old beds in free wards, there is no pharmacy, previously it was possible to buy 5 liters of water at a pharmacy, because the tap water there is too poor quality, but now instead of a pharmacy they have made a coffee bar that does not It works :)
It all depends on the department. In therapy, there is order and attention to everyone, in urology-as the card will fall. The food is just very modest! Initially, in urology, the bed is like in a flophouse. See the photo (associations). A failed grid-it is impossible to lie down, sleep! Only sitting down and then with difficulty. Then we found another one and even a bedside table))). There is no thermopod, microwave, unlike therapy. Showers are malfunctioning in many wards. As always, the assessment depends on the level of the disease and the level of care provided. When everything is serious, doctors are on top.
A good hospital , I 'm lying there all the time , I 'm undergoing treatment in the therapy department on the 4th floor , there are good doctors , good nurses , very polite and they give injections and the systems don 't even hurt .
Thanks to Dr. E. Sultangaliev For his kind attitude. However, in the emergency room with planned hospitalization, you have to wait a long time in line! It's exhausting!
All conditions have been created for patients. The staff is responsive, especially the nurses and security guards. Because it is difficult to contact doctors during quarantine. But the junior staff politely and patiently communicates with all the relatives of the patients
They treat patients completely negligently! Human life is not important to them, everything was good for them, but I'm not talking about the maternity hospital at all!
Doctors are all pros! I can only say good things about them 👍very carefully, respectful, kind-hearted and the nurse does not know their business badly, in general, the medical staff put 5, which cannot be said about the conditions, there is no hot water, the cold is terrible in tents blowing from the windows, so the curtains dance. In general, we are not ready for winter. The chief physician of this hospital should take note and correct the shortcomings.
Despite the fact that it was late at night with my emergency treatment and construction and repair work was going on in the emergency room at night, the medical staff worked clearly! Respect to the doctor on duty at the ENT department!
