On November 22, I visited this salon for the first time, I needed a manicure and pedicure, the salon was near my home, so I decided to trust the amazing reviews.
I dare to note that during the procedure, the master repeatedly caused pain (for example, she cut the cuticle until it bled, caught the skin of the fingers with the sharp side of the file, etc.), not to mention the fact that the pedicure procedure was performed on the master's knees. I have excellent experience and insight in manicure, since I know what a high-quality service means, because I always do a Russian manicure (they have the same name for the procedure in the salon, by the way, but as it turned out, the manicure is not Russian at all🥲).
After the procedures, I did not examine the nails in detail, visually it seemed good to me. When I came home, I saw the most poor quality service when I began to examine the nails up close and in detail. (For comparison, I will attach a photo of a really high-quality manicure service, as they usually do for me). That same evening, I immediately wrote that I did not like that the pedicure was done even worse (I usually make my nails myself at home better, by the way, I attached a photo pedicure 🥲). In response, I was ignored, only the next morning, when I myself was the first to write that this situation needed to be resolved, I received an answer. Just a minute, a manicure and pedicure cost 400 dirhams. They took off my nails and gave me back only 100 dirhams, claiming that it was a great manicure and pedicure, they took money for the removal and for a terribly done manicure (my fingers still hurt because the cuticles were cut so hard that they bled)😳🤯 Guys, are you serious? The employees did not admit their mistake, and they also laughed at me when I tried to figure out why the employees were charging the full cost of the procedure for a poorly done service. As a result, I was left without nails (no coating and with painful cuticles) and without money🫠
