We had a rest in June 2022 in the village.Ldzaa, we stayed at the Gloria for a week.
I really liked the attitude of all the staff, especially I want to mention Susanna, Fatima, Nastya, Camilla and Tamaz. The guys are trying very hard, the territory is clean, there is still little greenery, as it is a fairly young place, but everything is done with a soul. Very tasty food, I liked absolutely everything!
In the room: air conditioning, satellite TV, shower (there were no interruptions with water), the light was sometimes turned off in the rain, but this is not a minus of the guest house. Wi-Fi in the room is not always stable, it flies on the territory itself.
I really liked the evening Mafia game, when all the guests and staff are playing, it's a whole performance😁👍🏼🍷
The only negative for us is the hard mattresses with springs and the room is damp on the 1st floor. Again, humidity in Abkhazia has not been canceled, but there is no such dampness on the second floor.
It's close to the sea, I didn't notice how much, it felt like 10 minutes.

We rested in this guest house from 08/18/26/2023.
Location: really 300 meters from the beach. There are two shops, three restaurants, a cafe and a dining room nearby. There are only hoteliers around. The neighborhood is getting upset.
Rooms: there are two types of buildings: one wooden and three brick. I won't say anything about wooden ones, but brick ones - beautiful rooms, gorgeous bathrooms. nodes, air conditioners, furniture. Everything is very decent.
There is a private parking. You can safely leave the car. Large patio. Swing, ping pong table, services: laundry, ironing.
Staff. Everyone is friendly and not intrusive. I would like to mention Elena separately. She helped and advised on all issues.
In general, everything is great, but... Our vacation was greatly overshadowed by our own restaurant. Disgusting! Not the menu, not the dishes, but the staff. This is terrible! The waiters are slow, the tables are not cleaned, the order is taken a long time. There are no empty tables - everything is dirty and untidy. There are 4 waiters there, but only one really works. On the third day, we decided not to eat there anymore. We ate at a nearby hotel, where the girl and everyone else worked like bees. I lowered the rating of the hotel precisely for the restaurant. I hope everything is fine there now.
I think that Gloria is the best option based on the principle of price / quality.
I recommend it to everyone!

A wonderful guest house!!! The staff is responsive, they will always help you solve any problem. The food is great, the portions are large, but expensive, like everything in Abkhazia))) A vacation in Gloria is really a VACATION!!!!
