We have been to this hotel for the second time.
Among the advantages: location, close to the sea, funicular, shopping malls, near a store where you can always buy something. There is a public transport stop nearby. You can go to the grand bazaar, which happens on Thursdays, there are branded shops nearby (you can walk), a refrigerator appeared in the rooms (previously it was only on the ground floor at the reception), Wi-Fi on the ground floor (previously you had to pay for it)
Of the cons:
The hotel has become very dilapidated in three years. There seemed to be a TV in the room, but there was no remote control for it, the elevator broke down, the food was monotonous, there was a constant queue for French fries and not everyone got it, rooms are cleaned every day, but the quality of cleaning leaves much to be desired. At first there were ants in the rooms, then, after special services were called, they disappeared. There was water only in the dining room and only in the morning, in the evening it was no longer there.
I don't know if we'll go to this hotel again, but this time it was kind of sad.

It was our first time in Turkey. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. I write briefly about our impressions below.
What I liked: a cozy room with a comfortable bed, high-quality furniture, air conditioning, friendly staff, a wonderful outdoor pool, high-quality room cleaning.
What I didn't like: the hotel is quite old, the breakfast leaves much to be desired, the refrigerator in the room did not work. Some of them had something broken in the room, and the guests asked for a few days to fix something. They did not allow me to call the insurance company when it was urgently needed (I had to look for a way out of the situation). I didn't like that we asked to clean the room when we left for half a day, but it wasn't cleaned when we arrived. Moreover, the cleaners broke into the room without knocking when we were there. There was no air conditioning at the reception and in the dining room. Wi-Fi was only available in these places.
Despite the shortcomings of the service, there were many positive impressions from staying at the hotel. I recommend it to those who like a budget vacation with minimal necessary conditions.

We had a rest on 08.2024 with two children (3, 6 years old). We had it cleaned almost every day. Room 112 was good, everything worked. The breakfasts are quite simple (bread, puffs, eggs, jams, butter, cereals, milk, fruits, vegetables), but no one went hungry. However, it is possible if you come late to run into the fact that you have eaten something, and this is carried out with a delay. I liked the pool. It may be a little dirty around, but there were always places and few swimmers, the children really liked it. No one was poisoned during the whole vacation. The beach is a 6-minute walk away. The beach is nice, but there are almost always strong waves and I would recommend to have slippers for swimming. I recommend the place. For relatively little money, we had a wonderful rest. The reviews wrote about theft, the guide warned about this at the meeting, so he did not leave money, phones and passports in the room. As a result, everything remained intact.

We planned to move in with a child. According to the photos, everything was very decent and fresh. We didn't need breakfast, but we chose this hotel for its appearance and good location. We paid through Booking for 4 nights about 33 thousand rubles for two. In fact, it turned out to be an old, dirty, battered hotel. A day in which costs 4-4.5 thousand rubles. According to the staff. Tables covered with oilcloth with holes. The worn-out dermantine sofas in the hall. A disgusting sour smell in the tiny room. The dirty greasy handle of the refrigerator in the room. Staff sitting on the floor in the hallway. They refused to cancel the reservation for free. I gave 100 euros for the cancellation and ran away with my things and the child. I strongly advise against it!

Good afternoon, who is traveling and going to the Cleopatra Smile Hotel. I have booked this hotel more than once. At first, the impression was not very good, as compared with a nearby 4-star hotel.where we rested earlier was difficult. But then the opinion changed, for the money it is quite a suitable hotel. The rooms are not large, but clean, comfortable beds, plumbing works, although it is already old. But, everything else outweighs it : it's a 5-minute walk to the sea, the sea -Cleopatra beach -is gorgeous. The breakfasts are quite edible and varied , men did not go hungry , not to mention women , we do not eat so much at home. Nearby there are restaurants where you can have dinner, there are shops where you can buy food, so in the 101 store chain they bought milk, sausage, cheese. There are a lot of shops and bazaars around and further along Ataturk Avenue. In the evening, we walked a lot, walked, and bought. If you are pretentious to rest, i.e. you like all inclusive , animation, a large hotel area - you are not here. This is a budget hotel, urban, with almost no territory. But, it's really great to relax for a little money.

A good, budget-priced hotel in the center of Alanya, 5 minutes from Cleopatra beach, Cave, Funicular and Alanya Fortress. Near everything you need, a central street, restaurants, shops with fixed prices and small private stalls. The room is sufficient for relaxation, the balcony was pleased. Unfortunately, there is no cleaning service. The breakfast is modest. The staff is friendly. Rest on the positive!

I have been staying at this hotel for three years in a row, a budget city hotel for a relaxing holiday with an excellent location – near the central street with a bus stop, 6-7 minutes to Cleopatra beach, there is a bakery up the street, and even higher there is a Tuesday market.
There is an A101 store in the same building, several cafes nearby, a taxi point, a point where you can buy a SIM card and exchange currency, and several ATMs. In general, everything is within walking distance)
This year I booked the hotel separately and, accordingly, I did not have a transfer, so I ordered a transfer to Tours to Alika in a group in VK, everything went fine, they met and took me quickly and comfortably.
Breakfast is standard – eggs, cheeses, sausage, vegetables, herbs, olives, French fries, cereals/balls, milk, portion jams, honey, margarine. Coffee from the vending machine, paper cups.
The furniture is ordinary, a comfortable mattress and pillows, clean bed linen, air conditioning worked, refrigerators were installed at 23g. A set of towels is large, medium, for feet, there is also shampoo and soap. The plumbing is tired and needs to be replaced.
I had to ask for cleaning on the 6th day of my stay, but after that they came regularly. In general, the hotel is clean everywhere.
There are always free sun beds by the pool, because I always come in the autumn season, few people swim there at all, the water is quite cool, it does not have time to heat up.
There are no problems with the language, the staff mostly speaks Russian. Wi-Fi is free from 10 to 14 on the ground floor.
In general, the hotel is for the unassuming, who likes to walk a lot, and not sit in a hotel). Upon arrival, I always take a hammam, also on "Alik's Tours", prepare for a tan, and then definitely a yacht trip)) Have a great holiday in sunny Turkey))

There was a parviz admin, he always drank, it was no use. He sits with his friends at the porch and drinks wine. They took a Turkish woman to be his replacement, she also sits there, she doesn't care about anyone. The water in the cooler has run out and no one cares. My plane was delayed for a day, I arrived later, they have already handed over my room, and I am lying on the couch at the reception, because they do not plan to check me in, even though everything is paid for. It seems that the hotel is inexpensive, but imagine, you've already lost a day, and they break off the second one. The time is night… They're drinking, having fun. I'm lying on the reception couch, waiting for a miracle))))

we were in Turkey for the first time and chose this hotel..the accommodation leaves much to be desired.. the picture from the Internet absolutely does not match reality: the old rooms are completely renovated, everything is very budget and modest..
The air conditioner blows right at you, but it's impossible to sleep without it because the heat is wild. It feels like it's not made for people..
The cleaning was done in a day.

I will remember the distant 2018god.....we arrived here, went into the dining room in the evening and were horrified, there was dirt, a mess, people were crowding... We realized that we can't stay here. We looked at the room, we didn't like it. At least they provided apartments nearby in return, they were fine. And for breakfast they came there, or rather, for eggs and bread (since there was nothing else left).
It's been 6 years, I hope the hotel has improved....

Valuables were stolen from the victims' bags in the hotel rooms, while the victims themselves were absent from the hotel. By the end of June, there are already several victims. I stayed at this hotel in June for 24 years - 10 nights. The room was checked in immediately after arrival - 10 minutes later I was already in the room. Russian is spoken at the reception. My room was large enough - everything in the room for a comfortable stay - a large bed, air conditioning, TV, large balcony. The room was cleaned every day. The hotel staff is helpful and does their job well. The breakfasts at the hotel are good - delicious and varied. A nice pool that works around the clock. A hotel for a relaxing holiday. The sea is literally 5 minutes away without hurrying. Supermarkets and cafes are within walking distance. Wi-fi is free and works around the clock, but there are communication interruptions. I recommend this hotel for those who want to relax comfortably and not expensively!

A hotel for the inexperienced traveler. The breakfasts are monotonous, but you won't stay hungry. The rooms are small but cozy. Cleaning did not bother to work, so you keep it clean yourself. The Internet at the hotel was " distributed " from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and it's terribly inconvenient. There is no connection with anyone. I took a break from work, my phone has never been silent for so long.. But to contact the guide, I had to go to friends, to a nearby hotel, since there was no information about departure and transfer at the reception desk.. The only advantages are the location and shop 101 in the same building as the hotel.
Of the cons
- there is no conde in the lobby
-the rooms were cleaned 1 time in 14 days and the towels were not changed, the garbage was not taken out, under the beds were never cleaned in the life of the hotel.
-rooms are dead and worn out by 85%
-bed linen and towels are like 1000 year old shit
-WiFi only from 10 to 14 and only in the dining room and by the pool
- the food just doesn't let you die and keep yourself alive in this hotel. Everything is monotonous, there is nothing sensible, there are no sweets, an apple and a green watermelon are made of fruits. Sausage is eaten only by cats and then not always, because it tastes like paper. Juices consist of water, coffee from a vending machine like at a train station.
-the hair dryer really works for 1 minute and cools down for 5. The shower stall falls apart when opened, the watering can shoots in any direction and cuts a person with a jet.
-hot water turns off at night
- the audibility is terrible
-animation, entertainment, a music column or at least something is also missing
-there are only 7 sun beds for the whole hotel
- Turkish women come to swim with their children and sunbathe
In general, it is better to look at another option, because Turkey has really deteriorated, and prices are being charged.

For 1700 in knocks for two norms
The usual Turkish breakfast, normal beds, air conditioning does not work. The refrigerator is barely cold and stinks, there are no blankets, you cover yourself with a towel of some kind.

There is drinking water in the dining room, which is a plus
MINUS!!! Everything is fine, if not for the cafes and karaoke nearby, from which loud music plays every day until 12 and one o'clock in the morning. It is impossible to sleep. For me, this is a significant minus, because you sleep 6-7 hours a day because of howling aunts in karaoke.

We just returned from a vacation at this hotel. There are simply no words, the plumbing is tired, as are the shower stalls. we arrived at night, and in the morning we changed the room. The shower door was broken (the towel was big with a huge hole in the middle) . The room was cleaned only after you asked at the reception (the garbage was not thrown out and there was no daily wet cleaning either) and the towels were changed only on the 4th day and then when I went to swear. One small trash can for the whole room. The breakfasts are meager, paper cups for coffee). There was no information on the return transfer at the reception, they just immediately wrote to the guide.

The advantage is walking distance to Cleopatra beach. Cafes, shops, pharmacies are all nearby.
When planning a vacation, consider other hotel options, and you also don't set foot there anymore! It's a pity the money spent for such a hotel!

The last two weeks of September 2022, the weather is fine, the sea is warm. The room is on the last 4th floor (lift). Beds with comfortable, high mattresses, pillows are normal. There is a TV, there is no RF TV. Hair dryer, shampoo, soap, shower stall (it will not be convenient for a large person); there was always hot water. There is no drinking water in the room, the cooler is in the dining room. The cleaning was done, the neighbors were not heard. Breakfast is like breakfast (from 8:00 to 10:00), there are no guards. The admins are 'our people', they will always help, prompt; the guests are international, the atmosphere is friendly. There is a swimming pool, sun beds and two access routes, which is convenient. 4 hours of free Wi-Fi (from 11 to 14).
The smile is on the second line, there is more and more around. The beach is 3 minutes away: sand, small pebbles, natural slabs. Modernization is planned in winter.

We stayed at this hotel in January 2023 for the New Year and we did not like the hotel. It was very cold, the air conditioners did not work, the breakfast was disgusting, water shortages, an aggressive employee of the canteen. In May 2023, this hotel was chosen again only because of its proximity to the beach and, of course, because of the price. We always choose hotels only as overnight stays, as we spend all our time outside the hotel. This time the hotel seemed better to us than on our first trip. Refrigerators appeared in the rooms, air conditioners were in good order, breakfast became better: sausages, cheeses, olives, vegetables, potatoes, sausages, boiled eggs, drinks, etc. Free Wi-Fi by the pool from 10.00 to 14.00.But, as the first time, our impression was spoiled by the arrogant employee of the canteen, Urmek, who behaved very ugly, was rude, and grinned. With all her behavior, she demonstrated that she was almost the hostess of the hotel and, judging by her behavior, had a negative attitude towards Russian tourists. A very unpleasant lady.
The receptionist, Umut and the hotel owner himself deserved special attention. They are very friendly, helpful, and polite.
Everything went well, the impression was spoiled only by the employee of the canteen.

I have been to this hotel 3 times,) I think that the rating is underestimated if you adequately evaluate this hotel, and do not compare it with 5 *.
The rooms are clean, yes, the plumbing is "tired", but this did not affect the quality of my personal rest.)
The breakfasts are good, the beach is nearby, the location of the hotel is optimal, close to the center, there is where to go, what to see. There are many cafes nearby.
The staff is excellent, you're already on your way, like relatives.))

чень много минусов :
-неадекватный бармен у бассейна , который появляется внезапно и врубает музыку для себя одного так , что дрожат стены всего отеля ( это может быть 21 или 22 вечера , 12 часов дня - любое время ). В первую ночь музыка долбила до 23:30, пока он пил с местными турками у бассейна
-канализация практически не работает ( вода стоит в раковине , в унитазе смыв тонкой струйкой , постоянно все капает )
-завтрак : начинается с 8, но работники часто опаздывают . Ассортимент один все дни : оливки , хлеб , помидоры , огурцы , колбаса , сыр , однопорцевые упаковки маргарина и джема , хлопья , молоко , чай из термоса и кофе из машинки ( вкус одинаковый у всех видов и не более чем Маккофе, дрянь )
- нет холодильника в номере, есть общий на рецепции
-воду питьевую не предоставляют даже на завтраке
- бассейн холодный
- уборку по очереди проводят две женщины . Нам повезло и 6 из 7 дней уборку делала та , что моложе - каждый день мыла полы , меняла полотенца , приносила мыльные наборы, и пару раз меняла постель . А за чаевые даже скрутила красивых лебедей ( так что не поскупитесь ). Но один день досталась женщина лет 45-50, которая отлично говорит по русски и вынесла только мусор .
Кстати, о мусоре - есть очень маленький бак только в ванне - так что запаситесь пакетами .
Из плюсов - только расположение вблизи прекрасного пляжа

There is no question of any stars. SMILE is a large hostel with separate rooms, with bathrooms inside the rooms. There are NO refrigerators in the rooms. The safe costs $ 1 per day. Hot water is on schedule (from 11-17), as soon as the tanks on the roof are heated. 4G Internet catches perfectly. WIFI costs $20 for 14 days. 24-hour reception. They do not understand Russian, but they translate it with the help of an online translator. Room cleaning in a day. The rooms are clean, although they have lived.
Advantages of the hotel:
- Location. Very good location: 5-6 min walk to the beach. Fish market – 10-12 min walk. The center is a 10-minute walk away.
- The price is an extremely cheap hotel. For those who come not to sit in a closed area, but to constantly walk, walk, go on excursions – ideal!
- There is a restaurant next to the hotel (1 min.), it is DIVINELY cooked. The Turks themselves usually sit in it... I highly recommend it. (as you leave the hotel on the left, across the street).
- At 10 min. There are 40 different cafes and restaurants within reach of the hotel.
- I advise everyone to have lunch at the fish market (no matter how terrible it sounds). There are 5-6 cafes that cook for you from almost live fish. The price tag is very modest!
Minuses:
- the minus of the smile is the disco next to the hotel. He screams, so that with the windows closed, it seems that the speaker is in your room. Disco until 24.00 almost every evening.

I stayed at the hotel from 28.06.2021 to 09.07.2021. I arrived at the hotel at 09:30. Upon arrival at the reception, they were asked to leave their passport for registration and go to the restaurant for breakfast. The manager speaks English well, the rest of the staff is purely basic “Hello-Goodbye”, another maid spoke Russian well. The room was given an hour after arrival. The manager himself showed and checked what was working and what was not. The air conditioner did not work in the room (number 309 in the photo), the problem turned out to be in the batteries, they replaced it and everything is OK. The air conditioner, TV, sockets, hair dryer-everything worked.
Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:00. At 8:00, nothing is set yet, you need to wait until 8:15, by which time the buffet is completely filled. Made of meat, pink sausage.
Wi-Fi in the lobby is paid, $ 3 per day. I decided to connect to a local mobile operator-it turned out to be cheaper (it cost me 180 TL for 15 GB + calls, Turk Telecom).
The renovation of the hotel was in 2021. It can be seen that everything has been cosmetically patched up, the walls are freshly painted, the furniture is normal, not killed. Bed linen and towels 3 pcs. (for feet, bath and hands) are snow-white, everything is ironed. I saw that they were brought in bags from the laundry. The lack of a refrigerator killed me on the spot. If you needed a refrigerator, you could use a refrigerator with drinks on the ground floor, but this is an extreme, because it was always full of drinks for sale and you had to ask permission.
Positive. 4-6 minutes to the sea (1.5 blocks and on a gorgeous beach). There is an A-101 store in the building of the hotel itself, it has the most necessary products. I bought water in bottles of 8 liters each. I was carrying my own electric kettle. Half a block away is Ataturk Avenue and next to the bus stop. No. 1, if you want to go somewhere far away. The center of Alanya is close, you can walk and walk in 20 minutes. During the exit from the hotel, climbing higher towards the mountain, there is a market that is open on Tuesdays, you can buy fruits, seasonings, vegetables, fish cheaply (and fry there) but again -there is nowhere to store, there is no refrigerator. Near the hotel there are cafes, taxis, shops with adequate prices.

A garbage bag, toilet paper, and a change of towels must be constantly requested. Garbage is not taken out, after collecting garbage and bottles in a bag, they took them to the corner to the stairs on their floor, by the evening a pile was gathering there. Both my neighbors and I had a bad drain in the washbasin, they thought it was clogged, in fact, the drain pipe was not thoughtfully removed. There were no problems with hot water, but the plumbing was so-so, it was difficult to adjust the desired flow and temperature of the water. Breakfast is monotonous, the same thing every day, eggs and cheese were not always left after 9:00, sometimes they were brought, but mostly it ended and not. I've seen flakes a couple of times. Coffee from the vending machine, and boiling water for tea is taken from there. After breakfast, the machine is turned off, but if you ask to turn it on for boiling water, it will turn on. The water in the basik does not always circulate, in the evening after bathing it was abundantly covered with bleach (dry, directly into the pool), but the water is clear. By evening, if it was crowded, the water was not “crystal clear".
The hotel is urban, my windows faced the road. At 7:00 I was woken up by garbage trucks that were rumbling garbage out of the tanks. At night until 2:00 on Hollywood Street, you can hear the whole city traffic if you sleep with an open balcony.
There is no private beach, there are no towels for sun loungers. You can book a sunbed with an umbrella on the beach for a day at the hotel. For private traders on the beach, it cost 45 lire., if you take it at the hotel, then 35 lire., they gave out a special check. The staff monitored the cleanliness of the hall, corridors, restaurant and territory, the hotel itself was generally clean, but the rooms were cleaned using the "self-service" system.
With young children, you need to look for another option. There were no tourists with small children at the hotel during my vacation. The guests were mostly Russians and Turks. My objective score is 3.5. It doesn't reach 4, but I can't put 3 either. When I booked the hotel, there were no reviews or photos at all, I bought a pig in a poke. I thought that everything would be much worse, in fact everything is quite decent, except for the refrigerator and the fact that they want money for everything.
