After that, for the first time during pregnancy, my lower abdomen ached and I was very sore for a whole day. And the next day, it also only partially returned to normal. I think that it is impossible to put pressure on the stomach of pregnant women! This can trigger a bunch of things, including unnecessary contractions in the uterus and shortening of the cervix. I'm not happy. And I will never come there again.
