It was necessary to change the heated windshield on the Sharan. They offered the lowest price in the city. I asked for a discount. We dropped another 15p. A trifle, but it's nice. It turned out to be 50p cheaper than anywhere else. Signed up, arrived, left the car. I picked it up after 4 hours. One year warranty for leaks, 3 months for cracks, probably like everywhere else. Before the transfer of the car, they came again checked and instructed. I didn't find any disadvantages.
