Thanks to the car service staff for their efficiency and professionalism. The car stalled at the Olympic park 33 km from Baranovichi. A tow truck arrived, reached the service, quickly found the reason, repaired it and we drove on. The children and my wife really liked the waiting room with a cool interior, toys, movies and free hot chocolate. Greetings from Mogilev!

I was traveling from Moscow to Pinsk to my father, who was in serious condition. A cooling pump collapsed on the highway near Baranovichi, and a tow truck was brought to the Main Road service. They could not repair it that day, they were waiting for spare parts. But they suggested a hotel where to spend the night, offered a car for the duration of the repair. The next day, the pump was "repaired"-replaced. With grief for the floors, I got to Pinsk (CONSTANTLY REFILLING ANTIFREEZE) and found my father alive, managed to hold his hand and press cheek to cheek. The next day I traveled around the city making out the documents for the funeral. He buried his father. Then I got to Moscow with grief in half. Then I repaired the car specifically (radiator). But A HUGE HUMAN THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO HELPED ME GET TO PINSK: THOSE WHO REPAIRED THE CAR AND THOSE BUILDERS AT THE HIGHWAY WHO SUGGESTED A phone number to CALL A TOW TRUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The patient is Suzuki Grand Vitara 2.0. He is from pure Japanese, with a residence permit near Moscow. The symptom is an oil leak (hz from where, geographically the middle of the machine, either a distributor or a box). We drove past Baranovichi, it was decided to find a service until something happened. On the way to Myshanka (the locals will understand that this lake is for tourists), I decided to ask the first motorists I met. The bus driver said that xs is where to find it now, since it's Saturday!!! Day off!! Two car owners, the first explained how to get to the garages, I made an almost tapographic map, and the second (after the first one's story) very simply and uncompromisingly told me to go to the Main Road service station. Let's go to the Main Road. Morning, 9-10, Saturday, friends from Baranovichi said before that it was difficult to find, everything by appointment. We've arrived. We went to the reception, for blondes and blonde boys, there are even arrows blinking to go. I went in, described the problem, the guys immediately began to look at their plans (record the campaign and so on), in short, they took me. I gave the car to the receptionist. Further, I agree with many reviews, everything is very organized, clear, understandable, informative. Registration in the neighboring building (opposite), third floor. The girl at the reception, partially receives information from the receptionist on the general database (I saw how he drove everything into the smartphone, number, mileage, etc.), makes a pre-order (you need a PTSD and rights), there is also a waiting room (it's generally like a discount ;)))) The design is a bomb!!! And most importantly, everything is on the case, three headphones, three TVs, three can watch different movies of their individual choice, there is a charger for iPhone, Typsi and some other gadgets, comfortable armchairs, two tablets (I did not understand why), cookies, sweets and coffee in unlimited quantities and for free. The air conditioner (we were in the heat) was very helpful. There's a lot of stuff in there, just at one time and I didn't make it out. This is relative to the pleasures of waiting.

I was passing through Baranovichi on a day off. And even at Easter.

You call the service station, ready to leave your hard-earned money there, and the answer is "we can't / don't do / we have a queue ahead for a billion years." That's the approach to the Client! When you ask to get into a position and help, in response, you practically shout - "we can't!"

The only ones in all Baranovichi who started to help me without problems and with joy were the Main Road.
After 15 minutes, I'm at their place, the car is inspected, I tell them what the problem is, we agree on the price, work begins.
I was pleasantly surprised! This is not how they work everywhere, even in Minsk. Well done.
Let's go further - everything stipulated is prescribed in the act in order to avoid misunderstandings and unnecessary questions.
The necessary part is not available - after how long it turns out to be in the workshop - that's right, within a few hours.
Everything is installed, checked and research protocols are issued.
Everything is clear, as it should be, and not a blunder, but it's practically free!
SMS notification at each stage of repair, the ability to monitor the progress of repair by cameras is very cool!
In relation to customers - 10 out of 10.
It feels like you're getting to good friends.
They offered me a tow truck in case I couldn't get there myself. They didn't push it in, but carefully offered it.
During the repair of my car, they gave a discount on a rental car of -30%.
While we were processing all the documents - literally 3 minutes - we offered tea / coffee with sweets.
Summary - if you need high-quality service, adequate prices, efficiency, warranty - we definitely go to the Main Road.
If you know how to fix everything, but you want it to be done for almost free, drive by.
