I would like to express my deep gratitude for the good attitude and qualified assistance, both to a citizen of the Republic of Belarus and to foreigners Mikulich Nikita Igorevich, Consul of the Republic of Belarus in the Arab Republic of Egypt in Cairo!I am very proud that an official in our country is for the people!Thank you very much, and have a good career ladder!
In order to make an appointment for some date when you will be accepted with documents, you need to make an appointment. In order to sign up, you need to fit into a "notebook" on the street early in the morning, on your own or through friends (this is not monitored). Then, from 9-00 to 10-00, they begin to invite several people inside. Go to the window, they'll sign you up there. They ask for the full name and call the number in the record (Personal presence does not seem necessary)
Example. We arrived at 7-00 and signed up, 20 in line. At 9-25 we got inside and signed us up for the beginning of August! That is, the queue is more than a month old. We are waiting for you!
Citizens of the Russian Federation with A / W also follow this system.
There are benches, steps on the street, Parking nearby for 1 rub. / Hour Starting from 9-00 ( payment via SMS, 204 sending address) ,nearby McDonald's.
The most annoying thing is the queue per month and the fact that you have to come 200 km away to sign up. Although it can be done by an intermediary.
They accepted the documents and promised to issue a certificate on that day . They came to pick it up , paid 40 rubles , and the one who accepted the documents said that the documents were like that and tore up the payment voucher . It turns out 40 rubles for the wind . Why didn't you tell me when you took out the documents…
Earlier , for foreign citizens , they took a live turn . The separate queue was for the legalization of the seal from the consulate and now they accept it by appointment. I do not know why they complicated the process. Every day everything is complicated and complicated.
One of the places of hell and it's there. I have been doing 5 documents since June. I finished the quest today, got wet and cold. After all, we were waiting on the street, where there is not even a canopy, not to mention benches, etc.
For foreign citizens like me, the legalization of a certificate of no criminal record does not follow the main queue on the street. Your turn will start in the same way on the street but separately right at the entrance to the building. Before or after receiving the main queue. An employee will come out and loudly announce if there is anyone with certificates from the embassies. That's when you need to go. You do not need to arrive by 6-7 in the morning. It will be enough to arrive at 8:00-8:30 and figure out who is in which queue.
P.S. if your certificate was not made for you in Belarus, but was transferred from abroad, as if you received it yourself and came to the Republic of Belarus with it, according to the employees, legalization is not subject and is not required. Just a notarized translation. For your own comfort and safety net, spend one morning and make sure whether you need it or not in your particular case. My words should not be taken as instructions for action, but only as an experience I have gained in my situation
the people in the reviews hate the employees, but in fact it's not about them. They explain everything in an accessible way and treat it humanely.
all the voiced problems were created on purpose, now they also began to charge 3% for opening a bank account. any step on the way to a visa is oiled, although this has not been the case before.
so prepare all the documents in advance and at a calm pace, it will take from 1 to 2 months for the apostille.
Although there is a queue on the street and people are waiting like dogs for an invitation to the "booth", even on the street there are no conditions for comfortable waiting, no benches, let alone parking…
Dear foreign citizens who need the legalization of a document / certificates from your embassy, you do not need to sign up for a queue, they accept on a first-come, first-served basis, but after they accept those who are on a ticket. The certificate is issued on the same day.
So that I can work like they do there.
At another job, they would have written a complaint to the ministry for this, but of course they were lucky here.
Horror and shame. Making an online record is an impossible task.
A piece of paper + a pen + duty from 4 a.m., here is the current situation.
I needed to legalize a document that is valid for only half a year, (obtaining this document is also not an easy task) but still, after receiving this document, I signed up for a queue at this institution, my turn will come only after the document is no longer valid ...
I wrote to several agencies, they said that they temporarily do not provide services legalization. And that's what to do in such a situation?!
Also, the reception is only 2.5 hours a day, is there really nothing you can do about it, there are just no words...
Contacting this institution is a complete hell. I needed to legalize a marriage certificate issued at the consulate of the Russian Federation. The first time I came to Minsk to legalize, there were technical works, there was no reception, the second time they said it was too late, come by 8, I arrived the third time I stood from 6 to 8, they said wait for 11:30, at 11:30 they said the reception was over. There are fifteen hundred people in the queue, and I, a person who wants to finally legalize relations with my beloved citizen of Belarus, need to be on duty from 3 a.m. with those who issue apostilles for leaving the country. Why is there still no time record in the 21st century? I gave up, apparently I will have to leave Belarus to get married and build a family somewhere else. It's a shame. Life is built from such little things. And when one little thing legally prevents people from fulfilling their life plans, people have to make other choices.
0 stars. The work is not organized from the word at ALL!!! Documents are accepted only from 8 to 10:30. At this time, there is a huge queue (some take a place in the queue the day before in the evening, someone at 4-5 in the morning), as a result, 50-70 people accept documents. If you come by 8 or even 7, then your documents will not be accepted in time… Bullying people! And by the way, it's impossible to get through there.

Absolutely blatant service and the piggish attitude of the bosses of this institution. Since spring, a huge number of people have been here, mainly for apostille, they stand like our grandmothers received bread on coupons in bad times, humiliating themselves and their dignity, and they are also obliged to pay a lot of money for apostille, which people are ready for! BUT no one from the top there is interested in doing something, unloading, simplifying, from the word - nothing.
The year is 2022, people have been standing in a queue for weeks with foreigners near this small building with 2 windows, and everyone definitely needs to go there, there is no other place to receive or order online in the country! Reading the reviews of 2021, you realize that this lawlessness has been before, and during this time their minds have only come up with the idea of signing up for a queue since spring, but it still didn't work here. Because a small building, inside with 2 windows 1 in the country, just think, respectively, records are already up to February 2023, and now they pay a lot for apostilles, while in the same Russia people calmly order apostilles for a penny, and even ONLINE, horror!!!
I was doing the legalization of an apostille for marriage registration, and the registry office gave me incorrect information that I also need the legalization of a foreign document. When the documents were accepted, it turned out that it was not necessary and only one document needed to be made, but I got worried and started asking what to do with a foreign document, where to go, etc., because I was confused, to which I received a rude answer "We are not an information bureau." The queue was on the street, there were no benches or a special place to wait on the street. The only thing is that the documents are prepared quickly (you go to the bank and pay 14.5 rubles per document, come back and pick up the finished document), I liked it.
It's a terrible place. The mode of operation is incredibly "convenient", and it's not worth talking about the quality of employees' knowledge. Be prepared for the fact that they will try to deploy you with a new reason every time. Moreover, it is impossible to say everything at once that needs to be put on the document, you need to stand in line for an hour early in the morning for several days in a row to hear - "you do not have a stamp here", and after you put it - "and you still do not have the signature of one person, it also needs to be put"
The reception hours of documents are 8.00-10.30, I learned what requirements for documents in advance, explained in detail where and what seals, signatures should be, recommended to arrive early in the morning, because there is a large queue. I arrived at 9.30 (I received documents from another authority), the queue is large, 40-50 people, at 10.30, when there were 20 people in front of me, I think the same number from behind, an employee of the consulate came out, asked who was the last one, warned them not to take up the queue anymore. Thank you very much, we accepted everyone. I received the documents in 20 minutes, the bank is nearby.
I'm coming for the second time and all I managed to do was stand near the door, the queues are huge, the second time I arrived at 8:00, there were already 40 people in front of me, after me about the same number, at 10:30, a man in uniform came out and said that work time was over. You need to take a queue from the night to get to the reception! There are no benches, no canopies, there is nowhere to go to the toilet! There is no parking either! Is it really impossible to make working hours longer with such a flow of citizens? People come from the regions and it is very insulting and unpleasant when you stand for two hours and the door is simply closed in front of you!
300+ people in line
They take 60 a day
Entries for the year ahead
But for needy neighbors, who are not named, all questions about documents and citizenship are solved within a week and for free
The filing of documents for apostille has not been established, people are forced to stand in a live queue on the street at the door of the building for several hours (there is no pre-registration). However, after spending several hours in line, you run the risk of not receiving the desired service, according to the schedule, the doors are simply closed, people are denied services. The piggish attitude towards people is probably the business card of this institution.
The year is 2022, a country for life in all its glory. Dozens and dozens of people to make an appointment for a future appointment to submit documents for apostille.
I was doing an apostille, filing documents from 8 a.m. - already 15 people in the queue by this time. You need to come a little bit in advance. The issue was made on the same day, the window works from 10 a.m. (and not only from 15, as it says on the website). It took 2.5 hours for everything together. Waiting outside all the time.
Winter, -3 frost, wind, a live queue on the street of about 40-50 people. Everyone is standing, jumping from foot to foot, warming up. There is no electronic queue. January 21, 2022.
At minus 10, about 150 people are waiting by 8 a.m., and at 8 everyone was informed that there would be no reception for technical reasons. This attitude is for our taxes. The horror!!!

I visited this hot spot, I would like to note the reluctance of employees to answer any questions, the official website does not have complete information about the apostille, they do not answer phone calls, and if it happens that someone picks up the phone, they rudely answer that they say they are not obliged to answer questions, referring that all the necessary information is available on their official website. I had to go to them unprepared for 300 kilometers. Upon arrival, it turned out that they did not put an apostille on their work (only on a notarized copy), and was refused. Then a certificate of advanced training was presented, in my case this is a separate additional profession, they referred to the fact that I allegedly had to do this at the Ministry of Education, the second reason for the refusal was that there was no stamp (although it was there), they just did not want to notice it, and they were also presented with a diploma, which also needed apostille, the reason for the refusal was the standard response, the wrong seal (not the stamp), although this was not the case. It turned out that I went just like that, this attitude was a big disappointment for me.
After 10:30, they no longer accept you at all, if you got in line later than 8:30 and it reached the arch - you did not have time. Although people work there as fast as they can
Where is the online recording, Comrade Minister?

The work of the institution is at a low level. Citizens have been queuing since late at night from 04:00, everyone is standing outside in the rain, in cold and windy weather. There is no record via the Internet. There are hundreds of people in a live queue, and no more than 50 people are accepted.
THE HORROR!
The only thing they know how to do is create queues for the delivery and receipt of documents for apostille. In good restorations, they think about how to reduce the waiting time - by means of an electronic queue, online registration, etc. Here, it's the other way around (it's written while standing in line for the second hour).
the disgusting organization of the reception of citizens!!!the queue is waiting in front of the entrance in the courtyard, there are no benches, no canopies from the rain and sun.in general, all the amenities for our citizens!)) bad!
