The clinic is located on the edge of the city of Navai. A low building with a red roof. Entrance from the courtyard. The courtyard is small. There are almost no amenities. It is very stuffy inside in hot weather. The air conditioners are not coping. There is not even a banal water cooler. The prices are a bit expensive. By the way, there is no parking either. I'll get to the doctor and I'll sign up for whatever.

I would give them 5 stars, but the mess with the shit that I saw there is terrible and everyone who visited this clinic will agree with me. There is no bazaar heals well. But nowadays, with our capabilities, innovations and progress in IT, it's just a stone age. We stood in line for three hours, there is a security guard who keeps order in the queue and at the same time passes money without waiting in line. Probably we will never be able to do anything about it, even in a thousand years. Put at least an electronic queue terminal to somehow overcome this sucks.

In the waiting room, there is complete lack of respect for patients, you have to stand in queues again and again: you call in advance to be put on the queue, you come at the specified time, you sit in line again, queue to register, queue to pay for an appointment, queue again to go through doctors, etc. It will take a lot of time and patience to bypass all the queues and finally go to the doctor's appointment.
