There is no global Internet - there is no global Internet. I pay 250 UAH per month for constant freezes, disconnections, breaks. Tech support is boorish, it's not really possible to get through. If the Internet is missing on the weekend, wait for them to end, because they have overworked and cannot leave to repair the cliff. I never recommend contacting them to anyone.
