In my opinion, this company is the first in our repair, which did everything quickly, the first time and without jambs.
The choice of images was frankly pleasing (as well as the opportunity to edit these images to your taste). We agreed quickly. Both the measurer and the delivery called back both the day and an hour before arrival (at the same time, they also consulted on the spot on all points).
The designer worked just like a smart girl. Her options for the location and editing of the image hit the spot almost from the first time (there was one small adjustment, they shifted part of the image at the junction by several centimeters). We actually completed it in one day.
They were made, it's scary to think, even a couple of days ahead of schedule.
They also pasted everything at once and without any complaints. Just a measly two weeks and everything is ready.
I understand that there is nothing special in this review and, in fact, it should be so, but they are literally the first in all our damn repairs who worked exactly as they should. The first time. Quickly. At the price given by the calculator on their website! It makes me cry.
I look at the apron like a satisfied rhinoceros, it's a pity you can't attach a video here.

I ordered the installation and was thrown off. They told me not to touch it for 5-7 days. Now the kitchen attendant arrived and it turned out that the seam on the right was not marked. I called the phone. The manager started saying that this couldn't be happening. How can it not? Three people are standing and looking at the seam. He asked in a sarcastic tone, what should I send you guys right now, that they would seal it. And I have a question, why not? I paid the money for the job. It was said that there would be no kitchen skirting boards. They left such indents from the countertop and did not seal them. When the installation is included in the price and you had to finish your job. I attach screenshots confirming that they do not take the tube. The first conversation took 2 minutes. From which the phone was hung up and then I called and no one took it from me

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Beautiful phrases from the site about "from measurement to installation in 7-10 days" are LIES.
The contract will have "15 WORKING days" - calculate for yourself, it's almost 3 weeks.
And don't wait for it before.
A free measurer is A LIE.
Because when the calculation of the penalty begins, then out of 30 thousand under the contract: 20 is glass and 10 is measurement and installation!!!
Accordingly, this wonderful office is ready to generously calculate the penalty from another amount, and not from the amount of the contract.
From the first time, the holes for the sockets were incorrectly cut out! Alteration and waiting again!!!
Result: the contract on 27.05 (the drawing was agreed on 28.05), installation on 04.07!!!
"Generously" allocated a discount of 2,300 rubles.

We ordered a skin, signed a contract, the designer had to design the sketches we selected, as a result, she could not figure out the ral colors herself, corrected it several times, the next day the designer told her to throw off 10 rubles, for
color selection,the contract was signed for one amount, then she had to pay extra, although this it was included in the contract, and no one stipulated this before choosing the color, a measurer arrived,took an advance payment,the check was not knocked out, when I asked about the check, they answered me that we have a lot of measurers and they do not carry a cash register with them, they will knock out the entire amount when they install, installed,asked for a check,a check They said they forgot to knock it out!!!!the amount is not small, I told the manager about the check three times that I needed it! As a result, they offered two hours later that they would knock out a check, I refused to wait, it is clear that the company is not customer-oriented at all, they do not knock out checks, when I asked where my check was, the answer was "do you want to quarrel?"That's what it's called now.The office is located in Mogilev, as I understand it, if it exists at all, after long conversations, they sent a check to viber.If I hadn't asked for the check, they wouldn't have knocked it out! It's not very pleasant! There are no questions about installation and measurement, everything was done well.

The measurer is paid for a moment. The hole was cut out incorrectly for the switch.
When I asked how so? They said we are solving the issue.
I wrote again and asked how they decided, which they started telling me that I was asking them for a discount, as the installer said. And I didn't ask for a discount for a minute, but justly expected that they would cut out a hole of my size and bring it back.

They took measurements and quickly cut off the prepayment. But the designer did not want to come, as happens in other normal offices, so that we could pick up the color on their computer and edit the drawing itself, because this skin is installed forever, not temporarily. The designer unsubscribed that she was in the village of Tarakanovo and worked on weekdays until 17.00. This means that you get there as you want and also ask for time off from work, because we do not work on SAT and SUN. It's been over a week now, and they haven't even called from this office and asked how we're going to solve this problem. The business is "Belarusian-style" - the money was ripped off, and then it doesn't matter.
