There were doubts about the use of TIS in our solid fuel boiler, but the seller dispelled all doubts and we did not lose. Probably now we will finally switch to alternative fuels). I understand that the suppliers of firewood did not specifically feed us with promises, but I did not want to stay without fuel in the cold ... We began an active search for companies and came to you. The staff showed prompt work, organized delivery at the exact appointed time. There was no additional payment for urgency, loading and unloading. The most important question was how long the briquette burns when compared with firewood. We have been given detailed information here, and we are checking it in practice right now). Currently satisfied, but still ahead). Responsive and competent employees, you have a great human gratitude!
By the very quality of the briquette, a lot of heat is felt, which is given off even from one bookmark of the furnace. In fact, they smolder rather than burn, which is why they do not burn as fast as firewood. Made of sawdust , they even smell nice )

I ordered a caisson for the well by phone, everything was consulted and explained.(This seems to be the only plus of this seller) We agreed on delivery to Minsk the next day in the afternoon, but it was agreed with the seller that I would accept the order no later than 17:00. (Delivery in Belarus is expensive, so another car was hired for delivery to the Myadel district. The hired car was supposed to leave at 18:00 ) The next day, no one called me for delivery, so I called myself at 16:00, they told me that the carrier should have contacted me and he will clarify now. After clarification, I was told that the carrier was missing and could not be found, but how to call back. But no one called me back. After that, it was decided that I would try to pick up by pickup, but I couldn't get through to all available numbers. I wrote to Viber, the messages were viewed, but no one answered. The next day, I couldn't get through to the seller before lunch. My wife got through from another number and they called me back and told me a terrible story that their phone broke and they couldn't answer. ( the phone has two SIM cards, so more than one number could not be answered ) Since the delivery with the hired car failed, I decided to order delivery from them with a cheaper condition and they will keep me informed of the offers of the carriers. After that, I was able to call the seller once and he promised to call me back. (According to rozgavor, I realized that they had forgotten about my order at all) Almost two weeks have passed since the order was placed, but I understand that the seller does not care about the buyer
