Bad customer service . First time the packages were not available for pickup even though they were in the system . Then today had to fight to get my packages even after showing my passport , qr code & address 2 the employee didn't want to release my packages . Ridiculous !

Bad customer service.
Shipment got refused because they don't offer any way for you to pay duty fees when a shipment arrives into their warehouse
