During the year of my life in Armenia, I ordered delivery 4 times with the help of this company. 3 deliveries out of 5 went absolutely without problems, I would put 5+ for them (one from Germany, one from China).
The company is working well. I won't say that it's great, but the goods arrive in one piece. Once there was a problem with opening a locker. The parcel arrived on time, but it was not possible to open the locker on the first attempt. I had to contact support and wait a day until they sorted out the problems. It was a technical problem no longer a logistical one. The last delivery made me nervous. I had to leave Armenia and ordered a parcel with a reserve one month before leaving Armenia. The package was coming from Russia. At first they called me and said they would bring it in 5 days by air delivery. After that, in my personal account, I saw that the parcel was on the upper Lars, which confused me. I called support. I was told that it turns out my goods cannot be flown. Then, according to the terms, the parcel still managed to arrive on time. After that, they called me and said that they could not identify my parcel and asked me to send a description of it. Then after a while I called to find out the status. Were they able to identify my parcel, to which I was told that it was not in the cargo and it would arrive by the next departure, which would be 2 weeks later from the already late departure. It was indicated in the office that the parcel would arrive on the 10th, on the day when I would already fly. Then the girl manager said that the delivery would be free for me and offered to wait for the arrival of the departure, because it happens that parcels arrive ahead of time, and if the parcel does not have time to arrive before my departure, then globbing will send me my parcel to where I will be when I fly. As a result, the parcel managed to arrive a few days ahead of schedule and I was able to pick it up myself. Despite all the mistakes, the Globbing company has a good and responsible approach to working with clients. Therefore, I can recommend them, they will not leave you alone with the problem.
These guys just stole our Apple Watch. My wife ordered them for me as a New Year's gift on Amazon, the courier brought the parcel, we open it - there is no clock. They respond to claims in support with unsubscriptions and excuses.
Do not use Globbing in any case!
There were no such problems with onex - yes, the parcel may take longer than promised, but nothing was ever lost. Even the macbook reached through them normally.
I am very disappointed in the Globing courier company. They made the unforgivable mistake of sending my order by plane instead of delivering it by ship as agreed. Their irresponsibility and unwillingness to listen to the client is simply amazing.
Not only did they ignore our requests that the order should not be sent by plane, but they also forced us to pay an incredible 54,000 drams instead of the usual 16,000 drams for delivery. This is unacceptable and completely unfair.
When trying to complain to them, they rejected our claims and did not take any responsibility for their mistakes. They just don't care about customers and consider them just a source of income.
I recommend everyone to avoid the Globing courier company. Their unprofessionalism and dishonesty have reached the limit. I will never use their services again and I advise you to do the same.
All the packages arrived, though with delays, but I think this is normal. Another point is that globbing works better with the United States than with Germany, for example, it took a very long time to get there and there were some problems. I would also like to say that there are good consultants in the office, but those support in chat rooms and on the phone are very reluctant to pick up the phone, they answer very rarely, for some reason the menu in Russian on the phone does not connect with those support, for this it is a big minus.
But in general, everything has arrived, it is convenient to receive, pleasant points for receiving parcels, it is convenient to pay.

Two cases.
1. I ordered the product in Russia, it was delivered on Friday. He wasn't registered on Monday evening, although he usually sort of registers.
- At first, the chat was told to wait so that there would be 48 working hours during which the product is registered
- Then, when 48 hours had passed, they asked to provide proof of purchase
- They asked for the track number, but the company that delivered it did not have it, it only has the order number (and they add the order number to the system perfectly)
- Then they asked to provide the fact of confirmation of delivery. Okay, I waited for the company to respond to me, took a screenshot from the whatsapp. I could have photoshopped it the same way.
- As a result, it turned out that the delivered order had a typo of the unique address number, and the order went, but it did not go to me. This has been fixed. Although the buyer's details are clearly indicated in the order, or at least it is clear that something is wrong if the order was delivered and did not appear in the system for several days.
- The order has passed Lars and has been in the status of "On the way to RA" since December 26. It's a New Year's gift. During this time, the private trader has already managed to deliver the same product that I bought for the second time. It's January 10th. Has the car been traveling through Georgia to Yerevan for 14 days? Yandex shows the day, okay two, well three, well 5, well 10. Is she still going? Is the driver staying at the hotel for a vacation?
- In the chat they say "they don't see any problems with the order", because formally the delivery time is until January 16. I really hope that the product is not lost, as other reviews say that they lost the apple watch.
The second case. I ordered a phone before the New year, around December 20th. I did not know that equipment from the Russian Federation is not delivered by plane (it is delivered from other countries). The order hung for a long time "On the way to the airport of the Russian Federation." I asked if everything was OK (after a week, they wouldn't answer earlier).
They said they weren't delivering by plane. They couldn't reach me (okay, I might have missed the call, but my mail is working fine). And they hardly called more than once.
Independently changed to ground delivery. Okay, no problem. On the way to RA from the 2nd (that is, Lars passed). Well, another driver joined the vacation, it takes 5 hours to drive from Yerevan to the Georgian border, and 10 more across Georgia.
It doesn't take 8 days.
The support team responds according to the standard protocol. Friends who are familiar with globbing say that "yes, your order has arrived, most likely they cannot sort them out after the new year."
I understand everything, but why can't I say it? "Sorry, we have a lot of goods after the new year, it's really hard, we don't have time to sort it out, your order has very likely arrived, cars really don't go that much, wait a bit."
Or explain why they travel for 10-14 days. Private traders and globbing cars should arrive at the same time, approximately. Moreover, globbing has an established mechanism, it is shipped every day.
Okay, THE PROS:
They deliver from abroad by plane pretty quickly. There are no such problems here. If we are talking about popular stores like Amazon. It's good. But still, there is a suspicion that my orders have been lost, but this will be answered only after their formal deadline.
The most disgusting company I have met in Armenia is Globing, and also the airline fly one, these companies should be closed as scammers!
Globing employees are street non-customer-oriented rare lizuns, in order to understand their mistakes and improve how dogs stupidly justify their companycompany (most likely their managers will teach them only this).
Important! They closed the opportunity to write reviews everywhere, because you know what kind of company, and comments on social networks are immediately removed.
I do not advise you to contact this company, there are only problems with them to bring purchases to Armenia and nerves, boorish attitude to customers
At first they worked fine, there were some overlays, but orders were delivered. Now, the quality of service has dropped below the baseboard. Two packages in Germany are stuck. It has been almost a month by phone and e-mail to find out the reasons why this is happening, but I have not received any intelligible answer. By e-mail, only some template letters are sent without delving into the essence of the problem at all, without saving the history of correspondence and so on. It feels like they don't know how to use email at all. Girls who are completely unaware of what is happening and can't really answer anything are also answering the phone. Sometimes no one answers at all

In total, I ordered 14 parcels from the USA and Russia through Globbing, and never had any problems with delivery. Once the parcel was not released by plane by the Russian customs, but it was re-shipped without problems by land through Lars. Support also always responded quickly and solved the problem
This is a society with unlimited irresponsibility! As I understand from repeated experience of communicating with them, this office is a kind of call center consisting of employees who do not own any relevant information, do not know laws, acts, even what an employee of a "transport company" is obliged to know, they give out only the information that you already own, and nothing more than memorized phrases-excuses. A year ago, more adequate employees worked there, but now they are completely arrogant - they do not answer calls, they can weigh several kg, the boxes come broken and crumpled and this has become the norm for them. I recently received a crumpled box, moreover, it came 2 weeks late, brought it home, took measurements - so they still managed to weigh 5 kg. They call from this office, and instead of apologizing for being brought with a delay, crumpled on the way, they say - "You should have taken measurements of the parcel at the place of receipt so that we could refund you the amount of the body kit." In general, the office sucks, I try my best to avoid dealing with them as much as possible.
Terrible service. We lost half of the parcel, I did not accept it - they've been fooling my head for 3 weeks. They constantly give some deadlines of 2-3 days, supposedly they are looking for-they are sorting it out. And of course no one calls back. Apparently, it will be a miracle to receive compensation for the lost goods.
And this is despite the fact that all deadlines were already disrupted, they were transported from a warehouse in the UK to Armenia for a month.
UPD: the parcel was found after 3 weeks, but no feedback all this time
Awful. I made an order from the USA before the new year. It was supposed to be delivered in 9 days on December 23rd. At first, the date of receipt was changed to 26, and in the end it was delivered only after the new year. Or, in early January, I made an order from Amazon. It was delivered for almost a month. And this is an express delivery of 3-9 working days 6000drams per 1kg. We haven't even heard about monetary compensation.

I made orders from China, America, Germany, Russia. The delay is not often 2-3 days. But the total is no more than 3 weeks. There were no problems with the company. Moved here from Onex.
