I always go for a package as if it were a holiday.
I always order at this pick-up point, although there is one closer to home, as it is nice to go to the center, pick up the parcel and then take a walk.
I ordered the delivery of a laptop made of ozone, it was written on the website that the delivery would take 2-4 days. The status on the site has not changed for a long time, I contacted support. Support responded two days after the request, and said that it would be delivered in a month
At the moment, I have ordered about 70 packages. Everything is perfect, except for two times when the parcel went to the wrong place and had to wait + 2 weeks. But in the end, I got there all right. For the second time, I had to go to customs to rescue a 3D printer. But this is a feature of Armenian legislation. The service is excellent. I am very pleased. The questions are answered well. I called the call center once or twice. I didn't get through. The next day, they called me with a ready-made solution to my problem. There are flaws of their own. It seems to me too hasty to put 1-2 points for each sneeze.
The support on the phone gives out a deathly silence. The text support is so unqualified that it is not able to answer the most basic question, and if there are complaints about this, it simply runs away. I don't know if the package will arrive in the end, but one star has already been fully earned, regardless of how well everything goes.
It couldn't be worse - they lost the paid parcel, sent it again in the longest way, there is no feedback - they don't call, they don't respond to messages.
