I really like the store, but the queues are always long. Most of the people buy 1-4 positions. A queue is formed of young people from neighboring institutes and offices. In this case, it could work instead of 1 of the cash registers (and they rarely work 2 at once) to put 3-4 self-service cash desks and leave the usual one with the seller.
Since the queue mainly consists of young people, they would quickly figure out how to interact with self-service ticket offices. Queues would become shorter and people who avoid the store because of queues would also choose a globe instead of small ones, but without a queue.
Such a hypothesis, maybe I'm wrong 😅
