From the first phone conversation after an urgent booking, the friendly administrator Ozodbek) quickly confirmed the reservation! When we arrived, we showed the room, quickly checked in and carried the suitcases) the room is clean, cozy, air conditioning, water, even toothbrushes) The breakfast is standard, hearty, there is a choice) main dishes, fruits, sweets, tea/coffee. I booked the hotel in advance by phone. Upon arrival, they said that they had settled a large delegation and, in fact, dumped me. I had to look for other hotels on the spot. Why accept a reservation if it means nothing to the hotel?
