We went shopping, chose a jacket, wanted to take advantage of the accumulated bonuses that could cover half the purchase amount, they refused to write them off at the checkout, referring to the fact that a 25% promotion is valid. I ask you to remove the promotion and write off the bonuses, they refuse. The bonus policy of the store is not clear, I agreed to buy a jacket and asked to add bonuses for this jacket, they also refused. I don't like the store anymore, I don't recommend it, there is not a single consultant.
