I visited this store with my daughter today, and I've always been satisfied with the product range and quality. My daughter tried on a top, but it turned out to be too small, so I went to look for a bigger size, S. There was no such thing on the hangers - only on the mannequin. The employee I asked to find the right size ran to the warehouse, came and said, unfortunately, your size is not there. I asked them to take it off the mannequin. In response, she ran away to consult with someone again, and then came and said that they did not take off the mannequins. No, they say, and no. For me, this situation is unpleasant and surprising, I have never seen such disregard for the customer and wasteful use of the product itself in any store. I asked for this sample myself - why not give it? Or maybe in this store, the goods from the mannequins are thrown away later? Or they write it off. An unpleasant situation. As a result, we didn't buy anything in the store, we ordered it online - it turned out to be much cheaper.

I bought two pairs of identical jeans in this store. They sit great, they look very beautiful, but after the first delicate wash at 30 degrees, they turn into something incomprehensible.The color is washed off and they are all in streaks of washed paint (((( Very upset. They left without shopping.. they wanted to take a lot of children's things, however, the sales consultant, apparently not so long ago, folded everything neatly, did not allow them to come and look at the goods on their own, she appeared so suddenly, jumped out of nowhere in a split second and simply snatched something out of her hands that they did not even have time to take.. We just left without words, we definitely won't want to come here anymore.
