The rooms are in need of major renovation. The sewage situation is critical, and an unpleasant odor is present in all rooms. The system, apparently, has not been serviced for a long time. The rooms are small in size. A spa is available, but services are available at an additional cost. It is possible to pay for superior rooms, pricing is subject to discussion.

At first we were afraid of the narrow streets of the market, a large number of migrants, loud noises, but we did not hear anything in the room on the fourth floor. Even the calls of the mosque. The room has a central air conditioner, which started working after contacting the reception. The room is cramped, but for two days it is the best option: there are solid sights around, an exchange office with the best rate, grocery stores, a tram stop in 5 minutes, Marmaray and the metro - 15 minutes. The hotel has a swimming pool, free of charge for residents from 12 to 16 o'clock. There were a lot of cheeses at breakfast, there were fruits, vegetables, strange incomprehensible snacks, eggs. Different drinks. We haven't seen the water cooler.

It's a terrible place! You can't put people in hotels like this! Complete unsanitary conditions if you don't want to get sick, it's better not to move in there!I stayed there for exactly 3 minutes

The room smells like sewage; it's dirty, there's someone else's hair in the bathroom. No iron, no repairs. There is no washcloth, toothbrush or toothpaste. The 4-star hotel does not pull.

We checked into this hotel on 06/05/25 and stayed exactly 10 minutes, completely inconsistent with the photo, the rooms are terrible, the beds and mattresses should have been written off long ago, the room and corridors constantly stink of cigarettes!
Definitely pass by!

An empty restaurant (not a single person at lunchtime). Food without frills. The salad plate was chipped and dirty. Food prices are NOT low, alcohol prices are high.
