We were on May 1st, at my goddaughter's birthday. Everything is very clean and tidy (3 stars for that). But, the fact that some employees of the food store allow themselves to be rude to customers ... while using obscenities... !?! This is already a HUGE DISADVANTAGE. A claim was made for late delivery of ready meals (2 hours delay), the order was placed a day in advance. The guests sat and waited. In response, they also heard rudeness, and the food was not prepared. The food tasted good, but a little raw. It is clear that from now on - "not with my foot." To the owners of the hotel complex, I would like to express my wish: to train the staff in etiquette.

Cozy hotel, convenient location, friendly staff. The rooms are clean, the bed linen is fresh, the rooms are in decent condition. Breakfast is not bad either. Room prices are average.
