The managers of the company work just disgusting Glotr.uz ! A real shame!
During a telephone conversation, the phrases were used: "Pay - fly", "Yes, I understand that we are wrong, but we can't help you in any way", "I am the head of the sales department, and if I wish, I can delete your account and I won't get anything for it", "When I need a paid tariff, then write to me," etc. Moreover, such phrases were used, including by the head of the sales department.
The situation was as follows: they have an Indexing function on their website. To connect it, you need to add 5 products/services and call technical support so that IT specialists turn on the site for the Google and Yandex search engines. When filling out the keywords, a similar notification appears - "Add 5 products and call us."
I did everything, and when I started calling, they informed me that the service was paid. Although the site did not indicate anywhere that a paid tariff is needed for Indexing. Moreover, before, it was free, because in principle, to enable indexing is a paid service, you just need the site to be not empty.
To my fair indignation that this is an omission Glotr.uz that they did not indicate that the service is paid and for this reason they are supposed to enable Indexing (because I fulfilled all the written conditions), they just started being rude to me.
It is very sad that initially such a good project descended to such an unprofessional attitude and communication with threats of account deletion. The number for complaints was not provided, the problem was not solved, so I have to write a review here.

the company was blocked, they didn't say anything, no notifications, they just blocked it. I called the operator 4 times and each time they told the manager to call me back, no one has called for a month.
