The hotel is relatively new, the staff is friendly and helpful (it cannot be otherwise here), our room was spacious, with two double beds, and also a balcony where you can smoke. There are several points that may be important for adherents of cleanliness: bed linen is changed every other day, towels are swept every day, garbage is taken out, BUT during the 3 weeks of our stay the floor has never been washed, so it is uncomfortable to walk barefoot on the floor. There are questions about the cleanliness of air conditioners - there is a notification on the scoreboard about the need to replace the filter, no one responds to it. There is annual dust on the bedside lamps, mold on the seams and sealant in the bathroom.
The hotel is located in a relatively quiet area, not far from it there are several 7/11 shops, but you will have to walk to the cafe to the neighboring streets or have lunch at the Luna hotel restaurant (the menu is small, but the food is delicious, the prices are almost like in all cafes and restaurants in Pattaya). Breakfast at the hotel is quite monotonous, most dishes will not go to the European stomach in the morning (very spicy), but eggs, toast with jam or salted butter, chicken sausages with ham and vegetables save.
90% of the hotel's residents are Hindus. The lighting in the rooms is like in the basement, it is not possible to work or read. The floors in the room have not been washed once in 2 weeks, the dust is not wiped at all. The bed linen doesn't seem to change for weeks either. The staff is friendly, the garbage is taken out regularly, the bed is made. It will go to spend the night, but next time we will look for another hotel.
