I applied with a non-working laptop.
Very friendly people told me everything, explained the possible causes, and extracted information from me about the breakdown, even that which I did not even know about, or simply did not pay attention to. It was fixed pretty quickly, almost in a day.
When I picked up the laptop, they told me in detail what happened and how it was, they even explained the formation of the price, so if you have any questions from the category "why is it expensive?", then there will be an answer to them (and the prices are not particularly high).
After the repair, they took photos of the interior with a demonstration of the work done. In terms of service and personal communication, it's very cool and enjoyable.

As a person who knows a little about electronics, I drew attention to the professional expensive equipment in the service.
My old laptop was brought back to life in less than one working day: acceptance, diagnostics and reballing of the graphics card chip. Moreover, they returned my laptop to me as brand new - they cleaned it all up and shone, although they might not have done it. The service promptly serviced it, replaced the liquid metal, updated the liquid thermal pads, thermal paste on the video chip. In the course of the work, a photo report was sent. I searched for a laptop repair service in Samarkand for a week, but I didn't find anything useful according to reviews and on social networks.
I came across the GMG page on Instagram and was immediately hooked by the thoughtful structure of the page, the availability of reviews, detailed information and convenient location. This approach immediately inspires confidence and shows that the service cares about its customers.
I arrived in Tashkent, GMG offered me two options for replacing the matrix: 120 Hz and 144 Hz. I decided that 120 Hz would be enough. I was very pleased that the master immediately announced the terms of repair - until the evening, and even issued a receipt with a seal. I have never seen such a service in my 20 years!
In the late afternoon, I got a call back and was informed that, unfortunately, there are no matrices at 120 Hz and 144 Hz, but there are at 165 Hz. The price difference was significant for me, and I was already thinking of contacting another service. But the GMG staff offered me a discount to make up for the difference in price that we had originally agreed on.
I gladly agreed, and eventually got a laptop with a 2K 165 Hz matrix. Although from the factory on a FullHD 144 Hz laptop, I don't regret a bit.
Now GMG is my permanent repair service.
I attached photos before and after, as well as a screenshot with the resolution and refresh rate of the screen.
