There is a passage through. People are relaxing on the beach. One of the buildings has been converted into a Turkish hotel, if I understood the local correctly. An atmospheric place right on the seashore

An interesting place, though creepy, as if you get to Pripyat. The remains of books and drawings are lying around somewhere, machines are standing, cars and boats are rusting.... Who loves such places- you will not regret it. On the piers, people dive and catch ratan and mussels)
