A woman named Karolin sells plain wheat flour bread under the guise of gluten-free bread for 2000 drams.
The other day we went into the store for the first time and Caroline started telling us about the various products presented in the store – oils, flour, shampoos, soap, etc. During the conversation, it turned out that they also sell vegan gluten-free bread. The bread contains only flour of your choice (almond, flaxseed, walnut or sunflower seeds) and guar gum. However, you need to place an order and come back in a few hours to pick up the finished one. We ordered bread made from a mixture of almond and flaxseed flour the next day, came, paid and took the bread in a bag. What was my surprise when I discovered at home that this is the most common white bread made from wheat flour. Of course, we immediately wrote to Caroline about this in WhatsApp, but she denied that this was ordinary bread and, as proof, threw off a screenshot from someone's Instagram story, where there was a photo of this bread with the inscription "Gluten-free" (photo attached). Even the photo shows how airy this bread was, and the color is completely out of character for almond and flaxseed flour. It is even sprinkled with ordinary wheat flour on top. The taste, smell, and appearance are exactly the same as ordinary white bread. I don't know who you have to be to not distinguish wheat bread from almond bread.
I do not advise you to come here and buy something from this woman, she deceives people!
