We were on excursions "The first meeting with Goa" and "The Legend of Shiva". Everything was just great! The cars arrived on time. Of the cons:
1. Dirty, smells of garbage, manure.
2. A short story about spices on the tour.
3. It would be good to clean around the waterfall, it was dirty, the locker room was dirty, it was inconvenient to change clothes because of the unpleasant smell.
4. They did not warn in advance that it is necessary to have a passport in digital format.
5. The bus was not comfortable.
6. The microphone did not work well, the guide was hard to hear.
Of the advantages:
1. The guide - Anna - told a good story, informative. She told a lot about the history of the state, which was very pleasant, and will be remembered for a long time. Also, Anna was very polite and respectful to the group, the schedule was well thought out - there was enough time to take pictures, walk around, buy something, everyone managed to do everything.
2. The food was good and delicious.
3. The jeeps were very comfortable, the jeep driver did a good job, parked correctly and drove the whole trip well.

I thank the guys for organizing the tour. The driver arrived on time, paid by transfer to a Russian bank, which is convenient so as not to spend a limited amount of local money. The bus was cooling well. I really liked our guide Yana. Clear diction, competent speech, she talked about Goa so exciting that she fell in love with this state. I also note that the microphone on the bus has a great sound, every sound was heard, not that usually on buses nothing is really understood from the words of the guide. In general, thank you!

The Hampi+ Badami tour is just an amazing sight!!!!!! The guide Evgenia was able to convey the spirit of that era. Respect for the guide in general!!!! There were no problems with the agency at all! We were constantly in touch and explained in detail all the little things and answered all questions related to the tour. 2 days passed clearly according to plan, without overlaps. The second trip with the agency to the eco-hotel also passed without surprises. It was a pleasure to deal with professionals in their field. We went on two excursions from Goa Service: Mumbai and Old Goa + Pananji. We found this company on the Internet even in Russia before leaving for India. We agreed on all the details, booked the date, and made an advance payment. Everything was organized clearly from the first minutes, all the details of the trip were told in detail, and a lot of useful tips on planning excursions were given. Groups of 3-4 people, which compares favorably with excursions, for example, from official representatives of travel agencies and creates a chamber atmosphere. This excursion format makes it possible to conduct an excursion not according to a pre-planned plan, but to visit different places, drive through some and look out of the window of a comfortable car. So we picked up a group of like-minded people with whom it was decided to have a snack in really interesting places for lunch for local residents and try local dishes, which the guides helped with the selection. By the way, the latter have been living in India for about 15 years, which allows them to talk about the peculiarities of everyday life and the life of the local population from the inside. We were particularly impressed by the move to Mumbai on a slipbass. We were bought tickets for double seats - this is a bed, but only on the bus, it is very convenient and comfortable. We are just returning from an unforgettable trip through the Golden Triangle of India: Delhi, Agra, Jaipur.

The very next day they organized an individual tour for me. We visited the temple, the spice plantation and old Goa. Everything is clear on time, we visited even a little more attractions than agreed. Excursion "boat trip". Found it on the Internet. Employee Igor told us the price of 35 and 25, which was 10💲 more than people paid from the barkers on the beach. They did not disdain to make a ten dollar bill from Rebekah on top. God help them, it's probably such a business to divorce a mother with a disabled child. There are no complaints about the content of the tour. Everything is as stated. Dolphins, swimming, barbecue. However, some marine animals stung terribly at the sea bathing.
The Hindu guys poured drinks for everyone on the bot. But when we arrived back, of course, I was without an Indian connection, and the taxi did not come for us. A Russian-speaking company helped out, which shared the Internet, through which I received only an apology from the Goa Service company. Not a taxi, but an apology! We were taken away with other participants of the tour by a kind Hindu taxi driver, who was heading to Ajuna or somewhere there. Well, in general, the Indians would not have left in trouble, they took them out, and the Russian organizers have a big question about the presence of conscience. Something like that. By the way, the child liked the tour, but thanks to the same Indians for that!

I have been to Goa three times and the guys helped me three times, and we went on excursions with them. Hampi is magnificent and Mundershwar! I advise everyone! Now I want to go through all this with a child! It is clear that only with you! First of all, it is very convenient and understandable - it's straight (I hate to sort out all sorts of sites, applications. And here everything is simple) Punctuality is a clear utp among the guys. In Goa, as we know, everyone works sometimes, the guys have no problems with this. Well, knowing the whole state, all the coolest points is like a bonus, you can not look at the guidebook.

I recommend a trip to Shiva. A great guide, a rich meal, very informative. And it's organized well. Very poor organization of the tour for quite a lot of money.
The transfer is late, on the way back they can drop you off where it is convenient for the driver, and it does not matter how long it takes to get to the hotel. The guide is just to collect money. The functions almost ended there. But they brought it to the store for some reason. :)
In total, I do not recommend it.
