It is extremely sad to write a review with 1 star Godzilla....
A year ago it was 5/5, delicious inexpensive sushi, fast cooking, always high quality. You can collect your own account for every taste and price, but!
They've been incredibly spoiled lately:
1. You order on a day off, the sushi is dead, falling apart, it hurts to look at them
2. Jokes with the site, and in general the organization of work. Sometimes it is impossible to order on the site even in an hour, but to go to the window - they will do it in 20 minutes, the most terrible service
We gave a lot of chances, every time you think you've improved, but no, every weekend is the same.... So now one star!

On 18.10.2024, we placed an order for a set.
As explained in the support, the order was prepared at Lisa Chaikina Street 14.
The view, and even more the smell of Philadelphia was terrible, I'll attach a photo. The support offered to refund the money and take the product back. There is no compensation for the time and nerves spent.

I ordered sushi at Godzilla for a long time, but once again I ordered "set number 5" on Thursday 07/25/2024 and got poisoned. The temperature was 39, I couldn't get out of bed for two days and all the accompanying ones. I couldn't get poisoned with anything else, because in the morning I ate only oatmeal on the water. Actually, I thought for a long time whether I should go to the hospital and bring the case to proceedings, but since it turned out on my own (and with a check of 100 rubles at the pharmacy) to bring myself to my senses, I most likely will not.
I'm just warning others that you shouldn't order anything else here. Health is more important.

Therefore, when the question arose which sushi to order on February 14, they pre-ordered on February 13 without hesitation . The delivery was supposed to take place on February 14, 19.15-19.45 . On February 14, an order confirmation message arrived and that was it....... That was the end of it . It is already 21.49 , no one has called us so far, has not warned us about the delay in the order, it is not possible to get through, most often it is just busy. One rpz got through and no one picked up the phone. The service and maintenance are disgusting. We made a special order the day before.... And what happened in the end. She ordered on February 14 at 17.00 , and even then the order was delivered to her , albeit with a delay of 25 minutes . I do not advise anyone, they let you down at the wrong moment. The holiday is ruined ......
on February 15, after I got through, I was promised that the management would contact me.
And indeed , that same evening , the deputy called .The director also apologized . And as compensation , they offered any set as a gift . the mood, of course, was spoiled on February 14, ng is glad that they tried to fix the situation . P.S.

I ordered the set in advance!!!! More than a day , on a public holiday ! I received a message about the delivery time! Nothing was delivered at the specified time. I called the number listed on the website for half an hour, they promised to bring me within an hour, after an hour and 10 minutes I called again, they told me again within an hour, as it turned out my order had not been prepared yet. How is that even possible? They ruined the whole mood on a festive day. Why do you take so many orders and fail! What an outrage this is ! I demand feedback. It's just not acceptable. I have been a regular customer since the opening, I make orders on a regular basis and if you compare the quality at the beginning and now, this is heaven and earth, every time you order and think: you'll be lucky and everything will be fine or wait for a trick (then the film comes across, then the fish is rotten, then instead of the declared amount of shrimp they fill up almost everything with cottage cheese). I really love your product and I want to continue to be a regular customer, I really ask you to pay attention to the quality and not force customers to play the lottery! If prices rise, then at least let the quality remain, and not fall.

Sushi arrives with rotten fish. And if they try to put something "better" in the rolls so that it is not noticeable, then they shamelessly shove rotten meat in the pot with sauces, in the hope that the flavors of the sauce will not be noticeable. It's noticeable. It is even noticeable that when opening the lid, the fish does not stink of daytime rottenness.
In addition, this time all the boxes with poke from the bottom were covered with old dried fish, all the bottom and edges were twisted in it. It was impossible not to notice it.
