A small basement room
One of the advantages is a good fitness area, a lot of small auxiliary equipment. 2 crossovers. That's probably all.
Now the cons:
1. In the evenings it is better not to come here, without exaggeration, 2 people per square meter. During the day, more or less, when there are no group programs.
2. For the whole hall 1 (!) a bench with tilt adjustment, and even then it's time to change it like all the others, they clearly do not correspond to the current time period)
3. There is not a single power frame with safety stops, you literally have to squat in the middle of the aisle to the fitness area.
Well, in general, of course, not a complete set of standard simulators, but it's okay, still a small gym
They mostly come here for group and personal training with coaches, there's nothing to say about them, but if you study on your own, I would look for another place
A fairly average level of the hall. There are not all simulators, periodically there is no hot water. It is suitable for individual training.
A separate word about Coach Gnel. A really strong coach, but today, after 1.5 months of training three times a week, he confronted me with the fact that my individual time is now occupied and "Business is business." I recommend not to trust his offers of long-term cooperation. Very unreliable coaches in general, it does not work out to agree on a fixed time, in the evening it is a good situation if only 4-5 people study at the same time with one coach.
It is quite a pleasant room for its price category. There are no questions for the gym, there are questions for coach Gnel, who is good as a coach, but does not know how to communicate and tends to freak out over any little thing
