Lovely spacious rooms with everything you need. Super comfortable huge and high bed with orthopedic mattress. Induction cooker with a set of dishes. Cleanliness in the room.
Large panoramic windows and a balcony with magnificent views of the sea and the city.
BUT, there is one huge drawback if you arrive by car. COMPLETE LACK OF PARKING!
The car will have to be built somewhere nearby and every time it's another quest!
The second disadvantage is the lack of catering in the hotel itself. Of course, no one will stay hungry, but I want to be able to eat without leaving the hotel. The shops nearby are completely unimpressive. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the supermarket along a not very well - maintained road .
And yet, the construction around is not finished! It is running in a sluggish mode.

Great location and cozy rooms!
We were with my husband on New Year's holidays and were delighted. There is a good infrastructure nearby. And what is very important is the view of the beautiful embankment from the room on one side, and the mountains on the other.
I can't hear the neighbors, everything is quiet, no one interferes. A beautiful hall and atmospheric musical accompaniment . 6 high-speed elevators, which helps to quickly get to the desired floor.
I recommend it!

In Batumi 4 times.. We stayed in this apartment for the first time..The room was on the 17th floor..Matches all photos..
Pros and cons: great view from the balcony - the sea and the mountains, but there is still construction work going on below..There was a noise from the tractor during the day.
At night, the equipment did not work, with the door closed and the air conditioner it was comfortable to sleep..
The bed is huge, soft. Pillows, a blanket..Clean, snow-white linen. 2 towels each
Shampoo. Shower gel. We had a large frying pan and a small one in the closet. There were cups, plates, forks, spoons, a knife, a kettle.
We lacked a proper refrigerator. There is a refrigerator-bar in the room. But since the light turns off when you leave the room, it was warm in this "refrigerator". There was only room for a bottle of milk on the shelf.. Do not put large bottles.
A stove with one shelf.
There is no microwave.. Those who won't cook, I think they can survive this.
There is no washing machine..
In the morning and in the evening you can go up / down safely.
But in the afternoon, 12 elevators could not cope..Once, after standing for 55 minutes waiting for the elevator, we went up to the 53rd floor, and then to the first.
There are not enough parking spaces around the buildings.
Near the hotel with Parking 500 rubles a day..or just drive off to the 9-storey buildings, you can park the car there.
For me, the downside was that the building would light up, flashing different lights until about one o'clock in the morning.
Curtains let in all the light. The room is like a disco ...
the sea, shops, exchangers are within walking distance..
