Good rooms with a good view as a rule. A good lobby downstairs. The reception staff is always ready to help, but not everyone speaks Russian. But it is still damp , unfinished to the end , a lot of unequipped rooms ( dishes , household appliances are often missing ) , and the construction site is still rumbling downstairs !
