Everything is fine, but the doors won't close in the room. Unknowingly, we were sleeping with the door open, anyone could come in, they say, and it was clean and cozy!! There's a big problem with the water on the top floors, sometimes it's icy, sometimes it's boiling, there's no middle ground! How's a one-night stand going to work?

It's a good hotel, there are basic living conditions... I doubt about the stars, of course. Of course, if there was cable TV and the water in the shower was running smoothly, it would be wonderful. The service should be developed, administrators should be trained to meet and accompany guests and residents of the newcomers. I really liked the room. I booked it for living with children. They even made another bed for the child👍
The staff is very good.
The breakfast was great.
They have their own cafe, I would say the prices there are very affordable.
The room had air conditioning.
The only inconvenience is that there is nothing to hang a towel on in the bathroom, the hair dryer is stationary (this spring does not stretch, you need to stick to the wall to dry from all sides normally, you can hang a regular hair dryer and ask a normal electrician to turn it on from a button in the wall) and plus slippery showers, the bottom is not corrugated they had, well, at least we stayed in such a room with such a shower cabin. And silicone mats are not provided in the hotel. To be honest, it was slippery for the children.
And the location is good by the way, well, I liked it. Stops of 5 minutes in any direction will be taken away-different routes will be brought. There is no need to buy a card. You can download the application and scan it via QR code. Passage 90tg. (At the time of 07/15/2022).
There is a park across the street from the hotel. Rent whatever you want. Bicycles, roller skates, electric scooters, there was also a slide in the park. Tubing. In the summer.The children are delighted.

The fungus in the bathtub on the ceiling killed all the desire to visit the bathroom.
Restaurant: there is no buffet for breakfast, there is no choice. The view from the window to the neighboring construction site and the dogs of terrible appearance (dogs somehow walk from hunger), the room is comfortable, there were not enough blankets, air conditioning and heater in the room, there is no bathtub, but there is a shower. The staff are good and responsive.

We stayed here twice, just to spend the night. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. From the comments:
- dirty carpet in the corridors
- the hot water in the shower is really NOT hot))
- shower gel in bags could not be opened ...
In general, the hotel is quite good for your money. At least if you just need to spend the night.

The hotel is in European style. A good breakfast is included in the price. The cafe has a delicious menu, affordable prices, large portions. There are either few visitors or you can't hear them. In our 2-bed standard, there was a tired mattress, the baseboards in the bathroom were torn off. The strange sheets that are just thrown on top of the mattress are too short to be properly tucked in. The photos of the hotel correspond in principle, but were taken when it was new.

The hotel is new and tidy.The staff is polite.The rooms are large and cozy.What's bad: there are no towel racks in the bathroom, only one bag of shampoo and gel each.I couldn't even take a proper shower.
But the big minus is that there is no normal varied breakfast, there is no coffee machine and I had to go to eat in the city.This is very unpleasant.And the second big disadvantage is that there is no stable Wi-Fi.I had to contact the administrator several times to figure it out.In general, I was ashamed in front of a foreign guest. We will not stay at this hotel anymore.

Kitchen, breakfast is free (like everyone else's) The complex is 1000 tenge🤩🤩🤩 you can imagine, in total, the kitchen is good, I'm still here at the hotel! I have seen a lot of hotels in Astana, but the combination of beauty, quality and cheap price is here.
