I made an order for pickup on March 11. On March 12, I called the contact center to find out the fate of the order. They said he was ready. I came to the store - nothing is actually ready. I waited half an hour for the order to be collected.
I also wanted to change the position from the order to a similar one, but in a different shade. Before that, we asked 2 consultants about the possibility of exchanging an item from an online order. Both said they could do that. It turned out at the checkout that it was impossible to 🤦🏻♀️ (and the consultants are generally aware of the rules of work?)
The position from the order can only be returned by writing to an online chat. And in the chat, the decision will be made within 10 working days (are you serious? This is inconvenient, to put it mildly!). Well, you also have to wait half your life for the answer in the chat....
