The consultants are usually polite and help with the selection. The only thing is, sometimes it's difficult to find the right stand, especially if the store is large, but otherwise the service and atmosphere are excellent. It's always a pleasure to return there!

Cons: some of the products are only in the app, which is not very convenient, some brands were not represented in the store, according to the consultant. Since I was in the midst of New Year's shopping, there were a lot of people and I couldn't inspect everything. Another disadvantage is that the consultants did not inform about the gift for the purchase. They usually always tell the story. Probably because of the hype, the consultant slipped his mind. Nevertheless, I would like to learn about such promotions in the store too. And if we compare prices, they were higher for some products than in other stores.
Of the advantages: fast operation of the cash register. But there is another disadvantage: at the checkout they did not offer to buy something up to the amount to receive a gift. Usually, they also try to "force" you to buy at the checkout. I think that because of the New Year's rush, everyone is tired.

In early January, I ordered products through the Golden Apple app. I made a mistake with the quantity and decided to return part of the order. But I haven't been able to issue a refund for a month now. They took the products, but there were problems with the refund.
Support requests personal data from me to make a refund (they say that this is a prerequisite for a refund), namely: a photo of the ID card and an IIN.
They gave me a choice: either I submit my personal data or they won't refund the money. This is the first time I've encountered this.
I wonder how legal this is considering that my personal data will be stored/processed outside of the Republic of Kazakhstan (support is located in the Russian Federation). As far as I know, personal data of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan cannot be stored or processed outside the Republic of Kazakhstan, but they apparently don't care from a high bell tower.
In the end, I decided to at least get the products back, but there's a problem here, I've been waiting for delivery for the second week.… I haven't heard from support. In short, complete mayhem
Unfortunately, most of the consultants who work here, for some reason, look at your clothes, respectively, how you are dressed, how you look from the outside, it is very upsetting.

For the spoiled product, they were invited to come the next day and made a refund, because the dispenser was shooting oil with flakes, and the girl who accepted the refund in the store said about the opened cream, well, write a claim, but since you did not open it at the checkout and did not check it yourself, you will not be refunded and exchanged. 1️⃣Then why don't the cashiers warn you about it? They should not just ask if you want to open now, but say that if the buyer does not immediately check the quality and integrity of the product at the checkout, the store does not bear any further responsibility. 2 .Why don't the consultants themselves check whether they give the opened goods to customers or not? Just to stick your sticker on? This is also a staff jamb.
A week later, they call me and invite me to come back to the store to exchange / return the cream with the broken packaging. Thank you, of course, but I have already given this cream, firstly, because I am not eager to smear a product on my face that someone did not understand when they climbed with their fingers, and I was also not informed about the need to save the product. Secondly, the girl said that it was your fault that you did not check immediately and you have no chance of returning. 🙄 It is desirable for a refund girl to brainwash especially and subtly, because she is not familiar with the Law on Consumer Protection at all.
Total: fines and retraining for staff, at least. Thanks for a lot of wasted time, nerves and opened goods.

There are a lot of different care products and cosmetics, you can even find pharmacy products there. Despite the abundance of consultants around, not everyone can help you find the right product/ cosmetics. It is not always clear about discounts and markdowns on goods, since they do not apply to all products presented and it is not possible to read this on the tags. I would like more clarity about promotions and markdowns in the store.

They blocked my page, "delivery and payment". They have the audacity to send me an SMS that I changed the delivery data myself. Although they changed it 8!!!! numbers, after my many letters.
