To have your bed and toiletries changed, it takes a century to wait and look for a hotel employee. Near the hotel, I'm not afraid to say this word shit, which is not cleaned for several days until you focus on it. Secondly, my son and I, as a parent, came to the games and I want to note how disgusting the food is here, and I'm not finding fault. How can you feed children, football players, three pieces of meat, I'm serious. And you know what, you have to buy dishes at your own expense that have meat in them and let me note the necessary amount. To pay such money to have a " service" and in fact you get a serious disappointment. And you know what the most interesting thing is that we even addressed the head of the canteen on this issue , we were fed breakfast and nothing changed. We are not going to this hotel anymore, and word of mouth will work, we are not coming here. And also look at what kind of bed linen they give out. Pi.... I advise you to consider replacing the management!! They are provided with the verification of higher authorities.

I'll start with the fact that the reservation was made a week in advance, the communication took place on whatsapp, we agreed, I dropped the prepayment. I asked twice about the room price and was told 12k for two rooms. On the spot, it turned out that the price is twice as high, so also with the phrase: "how can our room cost 3 thousand", to which I now want to answer that it is not even worth 500 som!!!!! Okay, the price has been sorted out. No one even apologized for the fact that there was no reservation, although we asked for a certain floor. I am attaching a screenshot of the correspondence. Next, we went up to the room and walked away...I have not seen such dirt in the rooms yet (all photos are there). Dust, someone's hair everywhere, dirty floor and walls, the bathroom hasn't been cleaned in a hundred years, cobwebs, bare wires, some ventilation holes, curtains haven't been washed, probably, since the opening of the hotel. Dirty towels and bed linen. They asked to do the cleaning, well, you never know, suddenly a lot of people did not have time. They went to the beach. We returned three hours later and nothing has changed. The administrators had to almost poke their noses into this pigsty. A young girl came to do the cleaning...She doesn't even know how to dust. I had to tell her where to wipe it. Moreover, after cleaning my parents' room, the water did not change and my room was cleaned, there was no remedy in the bucket, basic disinfection, dust and floors were washed from one bucket. How is that even possible??? The following "advice" was received in disputes with the administration: "Go to the next hotel, it's only 1000 more expensive and the dirt is even worse" - WHAT DO I CARE ABOUT NEIGHBORING HOTELS AT ALL? YOU TOOK MONEY FROM ME, A LARGE SUM, AND DID NOTHING. It was further said: "our old cleaning lady deceived us, and this girl is only the second day.". Again, how do YOUR problems with the staff concern me? Are they not coping? I took a rag and went to wash with them. Are you an admin or what? I paid 6 thousand a day for the garbage! And about other hotels...I have been vacationing on IK several times every year, always in Cholpon-Ata, for 24 years now!!! And I've never had my vacation ruined like this. All guest houses were always cleaned and requests for replacement of linen and towels were always fulfilled immediately, for a lower price. Why did you build a barn for a lot of money? We bought into the advertising and went to comfort, to cooler conditions than in neighboring mini-hotels, and as a result, everything is much better in these small hotels. Including food. Yes, they fed here, it was delicious, but it was worth coming not at 8, but at 9, everything would be cold, there would be no bread, sugar had to be taken from neighboring tables. By the way: only the lobby of the hotel looks good. On the other floors, in the corridors, there has also been no cleaning for 100 years.
